The room and overall facilities are excellent. Not the neighborhood... it's very close to the open air drug market the city recently allowed, careful when you go outside

BEI SF was a clean and comfortable place to stay and i would consider staying here again since the price was right. However, if you aren't driving, its a little out of the way from downtown destinations. Also, the neighborhood is unfortunately a bit crowded with homeless folks

Good location, clean room”
The location is good, near to buses that brings your to tourist attractions. Train station is about 5-10mins walk away. Room is clean & tidy. No views. Recommended for short stays. Downside is there were homeless roaming near the hotel. Can get a little scary at night.

Convenient location!”
Great location, a little sketchy along the sidewalk so definitely walk with someone. 5 min walk to Bill Graham, Whole Foods across the street, and the BART station is less than a 10 min walk. Hotel has on-site parking garage that is extremely handy, would stay here again for future events at Bill Graham!

The hotel is clean and modern looking. The room is spacious and functional, which is one of the reasons for me to book this hotel. The hotel drop off and pick up entrance is not along the main road which is good as the street area can be complicated.

Great place to stay”
The locations wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst. They had someone out front cleaning the sidewalk and street which was very necessary. Our room had a great view and comfy beds. My only issue was there was some hairs on the bathroom linens and in the shower and the vent was very old with many layers of paint. The carpet had a lot of stains as well. The room would definitely be worth the money I paid if it had LVP or something. Overall i would definitely stay there again.

Dangerous area. No frill hotel”
Hotel is located in shady area full of homeless people. You won’t feel safe walking back at night so highly recommend taking Uber or Lyft. Some random person even followed us all the way to the lift passing the door security personnel and reception asking us to let him in. It was scary experience. We stayed on level 4 which has Connecting’s rooms. The guests in next door room was playing loud music and party till morning. The walls were so thin and it disrupted our sleep and peace. I will not recommend this hotel. It’s bad.

숙소 퀄리티는 가격대비 좋습니다. 주변에 슈퍼마켓 스타일의 큰 마켓도 있어서 쇼핑도 편합니다. 다만, 시청근처이다보니 그런지 저녁시간과 밤시간에 노숙자가 많습니다. 처음 샌프란시스코를 방문하는 사람의 시선으로는 놀랄 수 있습니다.

Counter staff charges me more than 40 dollar per day for wifi(amenity fee),I don't have time to argue to go to airport. 櫃檯工作人員每天向我收取40多美元的wifi（設施費），我沒有時間爭辯去機場。
