Perfect location, really nice modern and clean rooms that were a good size and good value for money. We will definitely stay again as we love the area and how easy it is to get everywhere.

Refurbishments welcome ”
We stayed in a King room on level 7 for one night. Room is full LED lighting with clipsal iconic PowerPoints with at least three dual usb ports around the room. Noise from the street was quite noticeable but it was a Saturday night. Breakfast on the ground floor was buffet breakfast and we needed to wait for 10 minutes for a table for two which is a first.

Absolutely love our stay here. Short walk to paddy market & darling harbour. Room fairly good size for 3 people considering hotel located at CBD. Written no parking provided. Good public transport in Sydney. So you can travel within city using public transport. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure. Nice city view of Paddy Market. Definitely will stay here again next vist to Sydney. Thanks

Beautiful stay at Holiday Inn, Darling Harbour”
This is one of our best stays in our 10 days in sydney. The location is good with tram just around the corner. There are plenty of food eateries around the hotel. The hotel is clean and stuff are helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel upgraded us. Well done Holiday Inn ! We will definitely be back !

We have been very satisfied with our stay, rooms large and clean. Breakfasts excellent. Only issue was bed making, cleaners have a habit of just pulling covers up without re doing bottom sheet. Once bought to front desk attention was sorted immediately. Central to everything

Great location and staff.”
Easy access to public transport, choice of many eateries, walking distance to Darling Harbour and Paddy's Market. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only drawback was that when we came down for breakfast at 9 am on Sunday, we were told we had to wait at least 20 minutes for a table. However, we were given a voucher to dine at Pancakes on the Rocks nearby. Not ideal, perhaps this can be looked into.

If you want a Holiday Inn that is close to China Town this is the one for you. This Holiday Inn is situated close to China Town and many shopping centers. This Holiday Inn also has a breakfast buffet for everyone.

It was okay, not memorable”
The staff were amazing. Check in and check out were smooth, we needed a bit more time packing our stuff so we asked if we could stay a little longer and they were happy to oblige. Missing towels, no free water and no additional toiletries such as disposable toothbrush and what not. For the price you pay, you would at least expect this. Room was clean but the tile parts were a bit sticky to walk on and no room slippers provided. Location was great and lots of restaurants around the area. A couple of minutes walk to darling harbour.

The hotel was very clean, grreat location and friendly staff. The Agoda booking support staff themselves were terrible, unresponsive and had no idea what they were doing! Would stay at Holiday Inn again but will never use Agoda again!

We stayed in the room with king size bed very comfortable, clean, great size and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic . The staff have been very accommodating every time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn.

The hotel is in a great position, and within easy walking distance to everything. The staff are nice and friendly and are helpful. Our room was big and clean and came well equipped with kettle, iron, and toiletries. Mattress was comfortable and the pillows were perfect ….Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at so many of IHG hotel and never let us down. Holiday inn darling harbour has the best location. Hotel is clear and bed is comfy. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Recommend this hotel and we will return again.
