The Heating Unit Didn't Work, Room Never Got Warm. The TV Signal Didn't Work, Couldn't watch TV at All. Toilet Leaked, Floor Was Wet On Both Sides UNDER Toilet. The Phone Did Not Work At All. My Mother Was In Adjoining Room Used Her Phone To Call Front Desk It Was Suggested at 11:30 Pm" That We Could Move To Another Room? That Maintenance Will Not Be In Until 7:00Am. The Night Auditor Could Not Leave The Desk To Even Look At The TV". I Was Very Unsatisfied With This Stay and Will Never Stay In This Hotel Again.

This hotel is not represented well in photos. It is dingy, dark, and run down. The walls are thin and the rooms are outdated, with filthy floors. Gross.

It isn’t the cleanest. The pool wasn’t open. The restaurant & Lounge was closed. The room smelled horrible. The outside trash can was overflowing. No breakfast as advertised.

A lot of the hotel was closed like the gym and common areas. The front desk did not offer any directions or tell me my room number, just a “here’s your key” and she turned around. The room appeared clean but there was a smell in the hallways with very dim lighting. No K Cups in my room with mismatched, seemed to have been used toiletries. The morning staff person was pleasant.

Holiday Inn should be embarrassed to lend its name to this ramshackle dump”
The hotel needs renovations: everything was shabby, worn, scratched. The pool is out of commission for the entire summer — an issue with a filter the management decided not to fix. When we got to our room, the carpeted floor was soggy and the bedding on both beds was wet. While we did eventually get our room changed and the manager was apologetic and nice, the process took a ridiculous amount of time and the woman who worked for her was an unprofessional mess, at one point hyperventilating and crying that “all these people have all these last minute requests and I can’t handle it.” As I waited for my issue to get resolved, I watched this 2nd employee be comically rude or plain inept to multiple guests. If the hotel was cleaned up and brought into the 21 century, it could turn into a nice property, and the location is central (walking distance to restaurants on commercial drag), but the way things are run now, the place is a dump.. Nonsmoking rooms reeked of cigarette and pot smoke.

disappointed pool was not operational did not see that on the original ad for hotel dinner was good but service was very slow. breakfast was ok but terribly slow even to trying to get our check to cash out
