Very busy hotel”

Enjoyed our stay, except our room was not cleaned one day and we had to ask several times for clean towels. The staff were friendly just always very busy.

my stay was fine. The only remark I have is that it states in the folder in the room that they offer Fedex services. However the receptionist told me it was not the case.

When I called asking if they were pet friendly the manager was very rude.

OK hotel in the Anchorage airport area”

We booked two rooms for one night pre Alaska cruise. Not the best hotel by any means but during the cruise season, Anchorage hotel prices are through the roof with thousands of cruisers needing overnight stays. The free airport shuttle came within 10 minutes after we made the call. For one night stay, it was decent. There are couple restaurants in next parking lot if you didn't want to walk far. The lobby is technically on the second floor and our rooms were on first floor so we had to go downstairs to our room, which felt more like a basement. So request higher floor if possible. The AC leaks water so the carpet was wet overnight. It was only 60 degrees so we didn't even turn on the AC but it was leaking water badly. Breakfast was ok for a typical free hotel meal. Overall, it was a decent overnight stay but if I had to be in Anchorage for a longer stay, I would opt for another place.

We flew in super late and the shuttle was right there to pick us up. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and got us checked in quickly! Great start to our Alaska trip!

Very run down, dirty towel left in bathroom, trash left in room. Old and rundown. Not good value for money

Exceptional”

The staff was friendly and helpful! Location is good for exploring anchorage. It’s about 5-10 from main areas. Room was clean . Needs some updates, but not bad.

Perfect for flying into Anchorage ”

This could not have been better! We took the red eye from Salt Lake and arrived at 1:35 am. Called when we got our luggage and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes. Beds great, shower hot, breakfast great. Definitely recommend

Service with a frown”

Not a good place, dated, old and tired. One member of staff on reception clearly missed the smile and be polite training day! Room was dark and dirty. Also stange to have a whiteboard and conference table in the room! Breakfast no fresh fruits. I would avoid

Great midtown hotel ”

Close to airport and free 24 hour shuttle from airport. Not much around the place. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is great.

High level of service and consistency”

Holiday Inn is my go to place wherever I am in the world. Their service and facilities remain consistent no matter where I stay. The Housekeepers in this particular place were the best. Friendly, thorough, and ready to help. Really comfortable facilty with great sound proofing, I felt I had the entire floor to myself. Check in and check out was no hassle. Loved it that they were able to accomodate my early check in at 1:00PM Loved this place so much.

チェックインのときに渡されたカードキー入れにWifi接続情報が書いてあって親切。(ホテルによっては聞かないと教えてくれない。) 帰国前日に泊まったのですが、部屋が広くて荷物の整理に便利でした。もしまたアンカレッジに来ることがあったらここに泊まりたいと思います。
