Last minute book in due to prior arrangements falling through. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff was very honest. I forgot my wallet at check out and recieved a call that I needed to return that I had left something. They weren't able to tell me over the phone what it was. Turned out I forgot my wallet with all of my credit cards. So grateful that they were honest.
I have nothing bad to say about this establishment.

This was possibly the best experience we have ever had staying at a hotel. The entire facility was SO clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable; I slept great, and I always have trouble sleeping well at a hotel. We were staying here for my sons wedding, so very unlikely we would have to stay again, but if we were to book a hotel in this area in the future, without a doubt, we would stay here.
This is not a negative on the hotel at all, but about the other people staying at the hotel. The only negative issue we ran into was the noisy neighbors above us. Very early in the morning they were stomping all over the room for two hours. I was starting to think, were in the world are they going? How big is that room for them to have to be traveling around so much.

Wonderful food, comfy bed, no complaints there.
Power outage on Thanksgiving day, hotel had NO backup generator or emergency lights. Completely pitch black for hours. Hotel couldn't even offer a discount because we booked online.

Surprise by this stay”

Holiday inn is one of my favorite hotels. I been to several so I always expect the best. Room was awesome and bed was comfortable as always.
There were a few things at this location that surprised me. I went to check in and was told my room wasn't ready. I was told to come back at 3. So I arrived at 330 and my room still wasn't ready. So after a long trip I was upset. My room was supposed to be 106 but the young lady at the desk felt bad and found me another room on the fourth floor. So I understand this part isn't the fault of the hotel, but on the room right next to us seems like there was a hotel party. The noise was until midnight. So paying 250 a night for a room and not being able to even get sleep didn't make me happy. I told the young lady at the desk about the party and she just smiled.

i didn’t like getting woke up out of my sleep close to 12 a.m. because I wasn’t checked in correctly. i received two call asking me personally information then I had to get up and go down stairs to take the front desk attendant my debit card so that it would be on file just in case I messed up the room. it would had been fine if I didn’t have to wake up at 6 am to go to work.

The room was great, bed very comfortable and liked the choice of pillows. The pancakes and omelette eggs were great.
There was very little amount of scrambled eggs on the buffet and they were dry. But is was around 9 and breakfast is over at 9:30.

The property was right off the Interstate so it was easy to find. The room was amazing and so comfortable. The breakfast included omelets, sausage, bacon and the Best cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly. Erica and Anri were very helpful in solving a billing issue.

My stay was not satisfying and surprisingly disappointing.”

Breakfast offered options for most diets. Location was convenient. All staff I encountered were nice. Workout facility was clean and had everything I needed including towels.
The hotel claims "This is a 100% non-smoking property". Not true!! Guesfs were sitting outside on the front bench smoking cigarettes every night of my stay. Also, the 4th floor smelled of [cigarette and other kinds of] smoke on day 2 of my stay. Next, the door to my bathroom had issues closing because it scraped the floor each time it was opened and closed. Last, the fire alarm went off twice during my stay. Both times was a false alarm.
