Friendly staff, clean and had everything we needed. Good selection for breakfast. Excellent location, short walk from city centre and park.
Clean, Tidy, Polite staff. Parking overpriced so parked 3 streets away free but I think that's just Bath. Good night's sleep & great Breakfast, Would stay again.
Very helpful staff
Most expensive overnight stay. ”
Paid 200 pounds for over night stay and paid 7.50 for parking which wasnt mentioned anywhere. Getting around was very hard because of roadworks again no mentioning of this while booking. 20 mins walk to Roman Bath. Nothing close to what is shown in Agoda website images. Average stay. Nothing worth morethan 60 quid.
newly renovated clean rooms good friendly helpful staff has connecting rooms and baby cot
Good stay. Would return.”

Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Building work was going on but did not spoil our experience. The room was clean, smart and comfortable. Air conditioning good though a bit noisy. Did not keep us awake. Breakfast included and pretty good.
