I mistakenly booked this hotel thinking that it was the Holiday Inn on Glades Rd. off of Military Trail. Though it would have been more convenient being further East, having the Florida Turnpike next to the hotel made it much more convenient than I expected. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good. Liked the wireless internet too.

They have a 2 story wing with no elevator access. Since I am handicap, I was unable to use the stairs. I had to wait a long time for a room to be ready.

We found this hotel close to our daughter’s house and we had a very comfortable stay there. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable with a little fridge and a microwave and a very nice coffee machine.

Came in for a couple of nights for a concert. From the time I made the reservation, to check-in and check-out, it was flawless. Hotel offers breakfast service, staff is very nice and professional. Room was quite nice, TV screen was quite large and plenty of space for your belongings. Other great feature was the wall outlets also had USB charging ports. So you don't need your wall piece to charge your electronics. My room had 4 USB ports. Room also had a mini frig, microwave and a Kuerig. There's a shaved ice place right next door and a Marshall's that is one of the best I've been too. Overall, great hotel!

Hotel is located in a great location. However, hotel needs upgrading. Water flow in room was subpar. Four days in the hotel they never came to clean the room or provide toiletres.

Needs better beds and breakfast ”
The beds need to be changed. When you lay down the bed curves downwards. The bathtub wasn’t as clean as it should be. The breakfast didn’t have any hot items and on Sunday the variety of baked goods wasn’t that of the day before. The juices should be better. The staff on the breakfast are wasn’t as friendly to me as I saw he was to another guest. They only have one toaster and only one side works. They should have more variety with teas. Yogurts were good.
