I loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express, Causeway Bay. Everything is clean and the buffet breakfast was very good and a lot of food choices and drinks. The staff were also very friendly. The hotel is just behind Time Square Mall and very near their train station exit. So many store to walk around the streets and very safe.

We came in to the hotel tired and feeling scammed by the cab driver. At first my companion was irate, but the front desk was very patient and handled the situation well. I really commend the front desk staff. Upon getting to our room, we found it neat. As for location, shops and malls are just nearby, including the train station.

We had a pleasant 3 day 2 night stay. Pleasantly surprised with the sumptous free breakfast included. We stayed at the same hotel a few years ago and the breakfast was only plated. Now, we had a buffet breakfast! :) Location is superb and very convenient to go around

Hotel is next to Times Sq and MTR. Many restaurants and shopping you can choose from. Hotel breakfast is pretty good. Staffs are helpful and efficient. Room size for me is ok, and the bed quality is very good so had good sleep. There's a 24 hour gym. I would like to suggest that there's a weighing scale in the gym as there's none in the room. Also, the laundry room is very popular but there's only 1 washer and 1 dryer, causing some unhappiness with people who came. I would like to suggest you add an additional set of washer dryer because people will come back to stay with you when support facilities is well setup.

Location is near the MTR and station is close to the main attractions. Aside from it the room is very clean and staff are friendly. The only thing i didn’t like about it is there’s no bidet in the CR but it’s minimal concern. Over all it’s a good stay and would book again.

Highly recommend the hotel. Both the hotel service and the hotel location were great , far exceeded our expectation . We traveled with a senior citizen in wheelchair. Both hotel and streets were wheelchair accessible. Malls and wet market are all within walking distance from the hotel.

I rarely review but this stay is beyond expectation made by the helpful staff. Sophia gave me a better room as we checked in late at 9pm and i was here for my birthday celebration. Location is awesome as it is walkable to wan chai and mtr. Times square has everything to shop for. Eateries and small shops are just around the corner. Staff are very helpful and assist with my late check out as i was running late to come back hotel to do checkout due to bad jam. Another lady (didn’t get her name she is ponytail tied hair). I am In hongkong every quarter and staying around different hotel, Overall a very good and satisfying stay this time. Only improvement is to have more channels for tv programme. Quite limited selection without the tvb drama and international movies.

It’s not a fancy hotel but it more than serves its purpose. Rooms are a reasonable size, clean and the bed is comfortable. No pool but there’s a gym and a laundry room. Just across the road from Times Square and MTR. Staff was friendly and helpful

Perfect location next to Time Square/Causeway Bay Terminal”
Just a real quick <100m walk from Causeway Bay terminal, was not a problem to get from station to hotel even though it was raining a few times. Rooms were clean and breakfast buffet was well operated. Really good efficient staff. 👍

Excellent position , friendly staff”
Only a few minutes from Causeway station via the shopping centre. Very friendly welcome, even when AC did not work effectively they simply changed the room within 10 minutes. Excellent facilities large room , very comfortable beds. Acceptable western breakfast.
