I booked this hotel among other options only because it said there would be in-room WiFi and it turned out a deceit. Oh, there was WiFi coverage inside the room, but more like a symbolic signal that was so spotty that I couldn't check my emails or open a Facebook page without it going on and out a few times. But there is a small "business center" or a room with two desktop computers that saved me. Another curious thing was at 7:50am an insanely loud and repeated noise started to wreck the entire building and it turned out that it was the fire alarm triggered by a burnt cookie in a toaster. The guests had to leave the facility and waited for the fire truck to come in a drizzle. Well, I did ask the front desk to send me a reminder by the time I need to board the shuttle to the airport but they didn't. And there was no taxi stationed nearby the hotel and the free shuttle only comes every half an hour and needs to be booked in advance... Not trying to blame it on anyone else but myself, as you can imagine, I missed my flight miserably. To be fair, the rest of the stay was not bad. The room was spacious, clean, with the utilities you might need. It seemed curious to me that the location -- roughly 10 minutes away from the airport if you were to take the free shuttle -- is actually in middle of nowhere, but a bunch of hotels gathered to form sort of a traveler's accommodation oasis. The free breakfast was simple but good enough for me. The frontdesk receptionists were young and I believe they did their best to help me. But I didn't like the Mr.Manager of the day who didn't even bother to come to say "hello" when I asked for help or apologized for the inconvenience and stress the fire alarm had caused. I was quite astonished to notice that he just neglected me and walked away. But please note that it was only him, everyone else at the hotel was quite nice. In conclusion, the hotel was not bad; practical and functional.

Decent”

The nigh I arrived, I was assigned room 126. When I opened the room, I was amazed to see that it was storage room full of boxes. The front desk clerk said it was not marked as 'not to be alloted'. Should I be bothered as to how you manage the hotel? They re-assigned me another room at that very moment.

Nice hotel to stay”

Fast check in, Staff Friendly, ideal for people who doing transit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's very clean and the staff was very friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the staff will direct you to any of them. The breakfast is normal Holiday Inn Fare but the breakfast room is large and comfortable making it a good way to start your day.

reasonableな値段に似合うコンパクトな構成で良かった。ただ，レストランやコンビニエンスストアがホテル内には無いので，徒歩圏内の周辺施設の案内があると良いと思う。

Holiday inn にしては　接客態度は　今一つ 徒歩圏には　レストランは2箇所　 基本は車がないと不便な場所
