Kinda surprised ”
I booked online and was asked for my credit card as I expected. I decided to be friendly and ask if she needed my card in case I broke something, I didn't expect her to say in a not friendly matter "or steal something". That is not the way I want to be greeted anywhere, besides a place I paid over $100 to stay. It was embarrassing and insulting. I love the Holiday Inn and this was my first ever bad experience, possibly my last experience.
