good location in shopping mall. been stay here for a month, room sound proof system not good but i still can acceptable although i can hear clearly next door conversation. bathroom ventilation is not working and asked technician come to check and they said its working. overall im happy to stay here and nice view too. thanks to the kind staffs for a good service

The service by their staff is commendable, I asked for help to heat up some food in a plastic container. They actually offered for plates and utensils to go with that, without me having to ask. Polite cleaning service, and not expecting tip either which is highly unusual for Indonesian. Shopping was convenient as it's just right above the mall. Breakfast is rather boring, as the menu only change a little everyday and that many options available. And no swimming pool! :( But all in all, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back for my next trip.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is ideal as it is next to the mall. I will stay here again. However, the gym facilities are not clean. Ran out of sanitizers and did noy refill for days..towels and disposable cups were not refilled either.
