Great location with free parking”

The hotel met our expectations. We rented a car so it was great for our needs. There was gas pump right next to the hotel, conveniently near a Chipotle, Walgreens and even a Home Depot. The hotel is right off from a main highway, we were about 20 min from Astoria and 25 min away from Long Island. This was a weekend trip and we arrived in Newark, the drive was about 35-40 min from Newark and about 12 min to La Guardia. The price was right for what we looked for, and the breakfast was good too. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. I recommend it for families with young children, smoke free hotel.

Great value for being in New York. They even have off street parking! I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Nice comfortable hotel . Midway between JFK and central Manhattan. Very clean comfortable room. Good breakfast . McDonald, Pizza and Chinese Restaurant within 50 metres . Being an Express Hotel facilities are limited but u have all you want for a comfortable sleep stay over. Very neat and clean and helpful staff. No easy access to subways. Hailing a cab or Uber is the convenient option.

Excellent place for a get-away”

Location was in the neighborhood area but they provide shuttle bus to send you to the nearest malls/subway. You have to take the public bus back though. Nonetheless,a great place to stay if you find hotels in Manhattan are expensive. Wi-Fi was fast and do save a day just to shop at their JC Penny.

Great Hotel - good location”

Hotel comfortable and good location between airport and NYC, 15 minutes drive either way. Hotel service was good and breakfast buffet very good value. However if you need a good internet connection (Wi-Fi) forget it, it is awful. they say high speed internet connection which was sometimes non exsisent in the room, the only good connection is in the small business centre near reception. McDonalds next door if you get hungry/

Good value for money, strategic location”

This hotel has a great location. There is a nearby convenience store and a McDonald's in a stone's throw away. Breakfast being served is fine.

There was a miscommunication with my reservation, but the desk attendant was accommodating by providing a solution. Agoda reconciled for the miscommunication on their end, so overall I was satisfied with the stay.

Do not stay here”

This hotel is overpriced for a hotel right next to the freeway and 45 minutes walk to the nearest train station. Very noisy all night with traffic. Would never recommend

I booked this hotel again as I have done so for the past couple of weeks, the Caucasian lady with glasses and tattoos at the front desk was very rude and unwilling to accommodate me with any of my requests, when I told her that I was a platinum member and that she should know that from my records she pretended to not know and continued in an unprofessional matter!
