Nice hotel on the edge of the city”
The hotel was located towards the edge of the city and had good parking and subway access, so it is convenient for someone driving in Italy. It was clean and well maintained, as you would expect for a reputable chain such as the Holiday Inn.

Nice Hotel near the harbor”
the hotel is conveniently located near the cruise harbor. the quality of the rooms is very high for italian standard. the staff is very friendly and it is a very nice place to stay and rest with good opportunities to reach the centre of the city or to just go for a walk near the water. the rooms are clean.

Lovely rooms but 20 minute walk to city centre”
Very comfortable hotel on a busy road but we were not disturbed by any noise. Either a 20 minute walk into the city centre or a nearby Metro station and frequent buses. Buy a 24 hour or 3 day pass good for all forms of local transport. Good location if as we were you are joining a cruise ship. However next time we would pay extra to stay in the city centre.

We were very happy with our stay. Super quiet room with a lot of space. The parking is hard to find but worth every cent. Super friendly staff, we were delighted to stay here.

Nice hotel but in a not so nice location”
I've stayed at this hotel on 2-3 occasions and find the rooms to be excellent however the hotel location is not ideal. You get a great view across the harbour if you have a higher floor room.

We are sorry to note that the area around our structure has a negative impact on your experience at the hotel, but unfortunately, we are in a slightly secluded area than that of the center, where there are restaurants and bars. While the day is very busy in the evening is almost deserted and ourselves suggest our guests to move quietly until dinner time by public transport and taxi back after dinner, and in a few minutes at a moderate price. However we hope to be able to have as our guest again and best regards. Ilaria

Good: Check-in, reception staff, room cleanliness, bathroom, view over the harbor, garage Not so good: Restaurant staff is unfriendly and happy if you leave without eating there Location is convienient for car access and for ferry boarding. A bit far away from the Aquarium and the port.

Good location, bad service”
Location is good, but service is really bad. The air conditioner was so noisy in the room, and we asked for another room, but were told this was the only room available and they could only check the AC next day, which we only stayed in this hotel for 1 night!

The hostel is nice, room are proper and comfortable. The breakfast is well too, only natural juice is missing. The only bad thing is its location. But it's sufficient for a one night stay, not more

Difficult if you are driving”
the rooms are quite standard and comfortable. the location is not suitable if you are driving simply because parking is limited, with a 12.00 euro charge, and very very narrow. furthermore, getting in and out of the carpark is a real hassle with odd road arrangement. it is near a metro station, so if you are arriving by boat and intend to make the metro, then, i think it would be quite convenient. there is a supermarket across the street which is also helpful for getting provisions.

Terrible hotel!!!!!”
Don't park the street near the hotel. Someone broke into our car. The hotel refused to call police. The hotel double charged our room. No air conditioner were asked to open the window. Terrible experience!!!

It's easy to reach from the railway station, and the service is very good.”
It's very convenient from the Central Station. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. But far from the city center. You must take the subway. It's very convenient.

Not great location or 4 star hotel”
I despair sometimes at hotels getting 4 starts when they are like this one. It's horrible on the outside, clean inside but no real facilities. Locations a nightmare for getting anywhere nice. Cabs have no where to park & you end up doing half your journey just for them to turn around and head back into the city. Staff were good, rooms clean & functional but again, not a 4 star

I booked a triple room and we had a big room with a balcony facing the sea. There is parking on site which cost 12 euros per day. The overall stay was great and the staffs were friendly
