I was so disappointed with my room.
location to business/work
I was so disappointed with my room. AC was not working, though they will fix it when you call, but it will suddenly stop from certain time. Then the television also not working properly, sometimes there's no display, and sound, i called them to fix it but again after couple of minutes problem still exist. I whole stay there was terrible!

Horrible experience
location.
Horrible service!! Most of guests had to wait for AT LEAST half an hour to just check in because rooms were not ready. We were able to check in at 3:40pm after waiting for an hour.

Good choice for business trip in downtown NYC
Location, Location, Location
Good choice for budgeted business trip in downtown NYC. It's close to the financial district and there are a lot of small restaurants nearby. The room is a little small but it's very clean and has good wifi and enough power sockets. The staff there is very friendly.

If you have meetings in Financial district only..
Close to business area, close to subway, basic standard
This is a hotel you should only take if you have business meetings in the Financial District and have a limited budget. Its a very space-efficient vertical hotel - 20 stories high but only 5 rooms at each story. It has a miniscule lobby and gives no glamour whatsoever. Rooms, however, are ok if you are satisfied with just the basic. Small, but not too small. To be generous, you could say that it gives you much NY-feeling for the money you spend - including the views. Staff more friendly than many newyorkers, that still does not mean very much though. Efficient lodging, no more, no less.

飛行機の遅延で泊まる事ができなくなったので、キャンセルを申し出ようとAgogaの日本語コールセンターに電話するも時間外で、タイの24時間コールセンタも全然つながらず、乗り継ぎの飛行機の時間が迫っていたのでホテルにキャンセルを直接申し出た時の対応はスムーズでした、その後adogaのコールセンタに電話しましたが、キャンセルとわかると非常に不親切な対応でした。
