Amazing convenient location in Rosebank with direct access to the mall and all the facilities there. And easy entrance for cabs etc. Great facilities - lovely pool, nice little gym open 24H. Perfect stay, thank you

Best food Amazing Staff”
We spent 1 night there, arrived extremely late, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We booked Dinner, Bed and Breakfast and I will give the food a 10 star rating, everything was fresh, visually appealing as well as some of the tastiest food ive had from any establishment including top restaurants. The buffet breakfast was mind blowing, from the yoghurt and fruit to the ommelttes, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and somuch more, OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! Will go back just for the food if i could. Only let down is, there is no microwave in the room, drinks are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE (R33 for a 300ml Fanta Orange). The bar man was a complete let down, besides it almost being 22:30, their closing time, he was very unhelpful, I wanted a cocktail, something pretty, their signature cocktail maybe? We were given the option of a Cosmopolitan or a long island iced tea :-( We ordered 2 Cosmos, 110% let down, nice glass, pink, no decoration around rim of glass, nothing special, pathetic!!! At R60 each, i wouldve rather had the 300ml tins @ R30 each, from the tin!!! All staff were amazing, from the front desk, house keeping , room service down to the porters!!! WIll definitely be returning. We were in room 702, a smoking room, it is way too secluded, at least give us a widow or small balcony to view the pool area or something. Amazing room but felt like solitary confinement, im a smoker not a prisoner, but even with this said I would return to that room, as it was beautiful, bed was amazing, very very beautiful and clean! Thank for the amazing food and awesome nights sleep, next time we are coming for more than 1 night... Thank you Holiday Inn Rosebank

An amazing place, good location and clean”
1. Johannesburg is a very safe city but this hotel is located in most safe zone of Johannesburg: Rosebank. It is just 50 steps away from front door of this hotel to Rosebank station. It is very convenient if you want to travel other locations, such as airport. 2. The breakfast is very good and staff are all very polite and kind. They will approach to you to see if you need to refill your coffee. 3. The lounge is also in ground floor next to reception. You can easily have a drink when you get off work or you just need a drink. 4. You can book some local trips in reception, they are all very kindness. 5. Next to Hotel is a shopping mall, you can shop, have lunch/dinner, have drink, even watching movie here. I would highly recommend people to stay here, especially you come to here for business trip.

Superb location, excellent service”
My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 nights from January 7-10, 2018. We found the location to be extremely convenient. You can enter the mall next door, directly from the hotel lift. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. Even the city sightseeing bus office was in the mall next door (stop no. 5). The staff of the hotel was very friendly and eager to help us with all our needs. Special mention to the housekeeping team, who were wonderful and left extra bottles of water for us. Food was decent. Would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially people on holiday as well as work trips.

Upon check in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I found the room spacious as a single traveler. The bed was comfortable with a selection of firm or soft pillows. The bathroom shower was very good with great pressure and choice of two shower heads. The shopping centre right next door to the hotel was excellent with a huge variety of shops, stores and various eateries and two to three companies to buy a local sim card at what I thought was reasonable price as I was in South Africa for 8 days. The breakfast was excellent with a vast variety of good quality food. Would I stay here again ? Yes I would.

Amazing breakfast with a huge variety, spacious rooms (king room), great shower. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The ability to enter the mall from the hotel is awesome & very safe. Only issue is the pool is not heated and is freezing!

Easy Access from and to Airport”
If you don't want to make others waiting at airport to pick you up, this hotel is nice as the Gautrain station is only about 100 meters. Use lift/elevator after exit of the station and look to your right - there is the hotel entrance.

Location is awesome”
Bit expensive, but the location is amazing. There's a mall right around the corner with lots of great restaurants and other amenities like post office and cell phone stores. Hop on and hop off bus goes to this location as well. About 20 to 30 minutes away from the international airport. Very clean and nice rooms.

The hotel is located in a convenience place and the staff are very friendly. In addition, the room is clean and tidy. However, the car park is difficult to find and the entrance is too narrow which made difficult to drive. Lastly, if the in room wifi can be accessed by multi devices at a time will be better and more convenience especially to those with business trip.

Right from the airport pick up till airport drop off everything was perfectly organised..For breakfast only the first I told the waiter how I like my tea and the next days my tea would be already at my table even before I ask for it.. All staff were always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to Mr Aubrey Rapholo for going out of the way to my stay a comfortable and safe one.
