Beyond expectation & affordable”
Despite majority unfavourable comments, I found out the hotel & the staff deserved compliments. Clean, comfortable, safe & affordable. Nearby bus stop from & to Heathrow terminals. Halal food's shop just several stops from nearby bus stop. Keep up the good effort.

Excellent stay”
Stayed 2 nights with my 12 year old son. Couldn’t be happier. The service when we arrived from reception staff when asked about tracking round London was great, so friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Iron and hair dryer provided witch was a bonus and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was reasonably priced and my son ate free. Choice was great and buffet was hot and very tasteful. This hotel is one bus stop away from Heathrow airport which is a good place to place to get underground or there are 4 bus stops around the hotel which buses arrived frequently and easy to get to all tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect for an airport stopover”
Located by several public bus routes, easy to get to Heathrow (5 mins), Hayes (10 mins for great eating opportunities and a super swimming pool as well as the mainline station). I asked for a quiet room and got one facing inwards rather than towards the runway - I did not hear one single plane! Tiny room but who cares for one night?

Hard to Beat!”
If one needs to be near Heathrow, this hotel is hard to beat. An incredibly helpful and friendly front desk, good size rooms and it's as clean-as -can-be. Highly recommend!

Nice room though minimal heating”
Nice room. Helpful staff. Reasonable location (easy to get bus to T5). Would have liked more heating in room (plug-in radiator insufficient when freezing temperatures outside, and nothing coming out of room ventilation duct). Good value and would stay here again.

Very handy for Heathrow”
Great location for Heathrow with a shuttle bus every 30mins from right outside the door. Was initially confused because the photos showed a Holiday Inn and it was in fact a Best Western! Staff helpful and polite. Restaurant menu was varied and meal tasted good. Got a good deal on Agoda so very good value for money. Would stay again.

take bus 15mins to airport. but cannot walk to airport. Clean, good service , temperature fit. but the room was a little bit old, my room is next to elevator, um..... noisy all the nigh(loud) . 10-15 mins to supermarket.

The Hotel is conveniently located for Heathrow terminals 2 & 3. The staff have been really helpful I only booked for a night and took a single room. It was adequate for my purpose.
