Good location if you are going to Riverside or eastern part of LA for a daytrip.”
For a traveler to Western side of Los Angeles area, this is an ideal location, unless one has to go to the busy West LA and downtown area during the rush hours. The place is fine in almost all aspects. Inexpensive family restaurants are also near by. I chose this place because I had a planned visit to UC Riverside, and indeed I did not have much traffic problems starting from here (basically along the I-105 Fwy). This was much better than my last time from Westwood to Riverside, which was a nightmare during daytime!

We had one night stopover in Los Angeles and the Holiday Inn was the perfect place to get a good rest. The location so close to the airport is very convenient - there is a free shuttle going all the time. The rooms are spacy, modern with everything you need and very clean. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was o.k. and so was the service.

You will definately enjoy their breakfast service. Very tasty and well-balanced warm food. Drinks are so fresh! But the restaurant is rather crowded even from the beginning at 6 a.m. The space is connected to a restaurant which was not lighted on. If you provide that space too for breakfast service it would be much better. Their fabulous lobbies and all diverse tables and chairs. The furniture is beautiful. You can choose according to your needs. You can even have a business meeting there. There are individual chairs where you can work with your lap tos which can be placed on their little tables attached to the chairs. The hotel has a great view which allows you to see a wide open park right next to your hotel. Your room has wide windows to see the entire scenary just in your bed. Whenever you visit LA for your business or travel, Holiday Inn LAX is the hotel you can enjoy as much as you dream.

A clean convenient hotel for airport transfers and the staff are nice and friendly. I always had a great relaxing time in this hotel. I'm a regular guest here as solo traveller and even with my husband. I will definitely recommend it to my friends for it's convenience. It's a safe place to stay in Los Angeles.

I love this hotel for my LAX layover nights. It's shuttle is fast, the staff is always professional and friendly but most importantly to me it is super clean and the food is rather good by hotel room service standards. It isn't luxurious. The 4 star rating is according to a set of standards that if a hotel has multiple rooms, pool, business facilities, concierge etc, they are 4 star. I used to think 4 star meant pretty plush. That said I find most hotels overrated. Decor, facilities are probably a 3* to mean but cleanliness is excellent and the staff are always lovely and have been very child friendly. It isn't cheap but have usually lucked out getting a good deal through agoda and I'll definitely stay there again next time I need to fly through LAX.

Hotel accommodation & service is good, But disappointed about the transport service provided by Mozio. Paid $29 for transport from LAX airport to Holiday Inn but no driver turned up at airport. So took free shuttle to hotel. I request refund of $29 for transport service not provided.

Holiday Inn vs. Holiday Inn Express & Suites?”
Why pay for parking here when Holiday Inn Express & Suites is FREE! At Holiday Inn gives you just 20 minutes to check in and move your car. It's $30 to park overnight. IHG, who is the parent company of multiple brands mostly under the Holiday Inn name, but also includes Crown Plaza, InterContinental , Kimpton, Staybridge, Candlewood, among others, seems to be having difficulty positioning their brands with consumers. With the successful introduction of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites brand over the past few years (it has been one of the largest industry buildouts in a relatively short period of time) has left places like the Holiday Inn @ LAX orphaned in consumers minds. In other words, what's their consumer value proposition? If I had known the Holiday Inn Express & Suites was just as close to the airport that's what I would have chosen. Why pay for parking & breakfast here when it's free at the other Holiday Inn brand?

nice location which is close to airport. but there is absolutely no noise from aircraft take-off or landing. i sleep peacefully in my two nights stay. hotel staffs are friendly and hotel facilities are well equipped. room are new and clean. i reckon its new renovated. really high recommended. will definitely stay in holiday inn again whenever i go for business trip!!!!!

When you need to stay near LAX airport, this hotel is recommended. Shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel within 10 mins fromthe airport. Theres some restaurants nearby as well.

If you plan to stay in LAX this is a good option. The staff in the front desk is really kind and helpful ready to give you a hand in anything you need. The only point is that this place is not bel air or westwood so is fine if you stay only one night otherwise you’ll need a car. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have a car.

Good value for money & convenient Hotel”
this hotel definitely delivers a good value for money in the lax area. i have been staying there regularly over more than 10 years. it has been well maintained, and remains competitive. it could be improved with better gym facilities, and a faster shuttle service, which it shares it with the next door hotel. the restaurant offers decent fare as well, particularly breakfast, and the bar is pleasant.
