Good but I was scared”
Hi. I will tell you of a frightening experience. First of all, everything was good. I even had room service. At 9:30 a.m. on March 1, someone knocked on 318 rooms. I thought it was a mistake and ignored it. But the knock got worse and I couldn't sleep. When I asked who I was, there was no answer. He even opened the door and tried to come in. I couldn't get the locks out, but I was very scared. Good memories are gone for a moment. The hotel is strongly required. On March 1, 9:30:318, hand over information about the person who was trying to enter room 318. I was very offended, and I did not take a break.

It's a nice place and really worth it's money”
This hotel is really close to a subway station, which makes travel within Moscow very easy. Unfortunately the weather did not allow to take a walk. Within walking distance there is a Belorussky railway station, where you can pick the express to Sheremetyevo. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. Pets are allowed, which in our case, was great benefit. Room is quite comfortable and big. I would like to take a chance and to mention that Agoda indeed gives very good rates. I couldn't find such rates even within Russian sites. even more, as I need to extend check out time till 6 p.m. I have paid almost same amount as I paid to agoda for the full day. Overall, I do recommend the Holiday Inn Lesnaya to travelers in Moscow. Value for Money - it's nearly best, but assuming you got the right rates in internet.

Comfortable & Safe”
Considering that Moscow is known to be a dangerous city and an unfriendly city, my stay in this hotel took away the danger and unfriendly vibe. I felt safe in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly and speaks english. This hotel is near restaurants that are open even late at night so it was easy for us to just go out and find a place to eat at midnight. The room was big and clean and the bed is comfortable. Free wifi in lobby area only.

great hotel for business travelers”
I'm used to staying at Lesnaya Hotel, which is one of the best Business Hotel in that price category. Very easy access to Sheremetyevo Airport via the aeroexpress, close to Tverskaya Ulitsa and many metros: it makes your stay in Moscow much easier than many other places.

Holiday Inn Lesnaya Moscow”
This is my first time in a Holiday Inn in Moscow. The service did not compare favourably with my usual choice of hotel, especially customer service. On more than one occasion I felt that meeting a reasonable request (Ironing boards, clean linen) was a chore. I also had to content with drunk people getting the wrong room during the night. The rooms however were sizable and more than adequate. The location was excellent, the restaurant very good and taxis plentiful. All in all, an average stay but I would give them a second chance.

Good to stay”
I choose this hotel because it looks close to Belorusskaya AeroExpress station. Actually, It took 20 minutes walk with your luggage, longer distance and time than I think. However, the hotel was good. the room was clean. Wifi-signal was strong. and the room facilities were good enough for your stay. The staff were helpful. Nothing to complain.

Comparatively Reasonable Room Rate in Moscow”
Very close to the metro station and the hotel is close to a business building center, so there are some good restaurants nearby and run pretty late. The room is clean and with enough space but it takes a while for checking-in and checking-out as there are only two staff even when the recption is packed. The guy who helped us carry the luggages were very nice as he help fixed our broken luggage.

Very central, easy access to public transportation”
1. Free internet doesn't exist in this hotel (have to pay $30 for 24hrs) 2. Must leave the deposit "cc" for using phone in the room and to open mini-bar 3. Near by metro just 5 minutes walking 4. Near by train station, which takes you to the Sheremetievo Airport in just 35 minutes for 320 Rubbles instead of paying 2,200 Rubles for Taxi 5. The room is clean and good size (you get two sets of pillows - soft and hard, I thought that was very nice) 6. Don't go for a breakfast buffer, just order an omelet - it was very good size and very delicious unless of course you prefer variety 7. The hotel staff are very knowledgeable about public transportation, in particular about metro station. Very friendly and always helpful. 8. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Exceptional”
We transferred to Finland and stay 1 night there. It is closed to the aeroexpress station to SVO airport. They arranged us to stay in a twin room with a sofa bed. So we, 3 girls could stay in a same room together.

Generally good choice”
Pros: Good size room, clean and comfortable Reception staff well trained and pleasant to deal with. Cons: Location is not great if tourist but for business ok. Bar staff need some training in modern customer relations. Very slow, unattentive and need to occasionally smile. Very poor compared to European standards but maybe typical in Russia from what I have seen
