My Last day in Mumbai”
Reception very well organised and particular Sidharth provided an excellent service. The kitchen were very pleasant and in particular Soni for special tea for us. We loved the facility and enjoyed the GYM and the view at night. Very lovely staff and venue. Loved the bedroom and thankyou for free upgrade. Very impressive Gym staff. Will come back in 2021. Short stay but courteous staff”
We were only there between transit. HI was great at communicating where the airport shuttle would be waiting for us with exact instructions. Even at the hotel the associate helping us with our luggage went as far as explaining what confectionaries are at cost and complementary removing any guess work.

Having spent a few nights in another hotels which was sub-standard in every way, the Holiday Inn exceeded (low) expectations. The service was warm and friendly. The food was sensational - I highly recommend the dinner buffet. The quality of sleep was very good. A different type of Holiday Inn”
In general, at least on paper the Holiday Inns are not that fancy and appeal to the wide majority of travelers. This particular one however seem to be very luxurious and extravagant. Beautiful hotel design wise, amazing breakfast buffet, great service (only can be expected in India!) and loved the fact they offered me to use their GYM / SPA at the end my day to shower and freshen up before my midnight flight back.
