After 14 hours at Naples airport the Holiday Inn was truly amazing. The staff were fantastic and extremely friendly. The was very spacious and comfortable. Close to both the airport and train station would highly recommended

Great location in Naples. Easy to access all areas”
We have stayed at this hotel on our previous trip from Australia to Naples. It offers good value for money. Breakfast is fantastic - western breakfast with some Neapolitan treats included. Good hotel if you have a car as parking is available. Shuttle service to the city centre which is very important in this crazy busy town.

I spent a night here in Naples. It is my dream but it is chaotic city! Hotel is very good quality, I am really enjoy staying here. Staffs are friendly and handy. I walk 15 minutes to the train station. It is interested to see the city and people. Foods are very nice. I walk to the main church and sideseeing the city. It is interesting to be in Naples!

Excellent stay. Able to park car then use hotel as a base for places like the Amalfi Coast, Salerno, Pompei. Enjoy Naples itself which is a crazy, vibrant city. Great shopping and dining.

I had a rather short stay at this hotel but really liked the location and the place. The hotel is just in the centre of the city and is in very close proximity to the airport. You can literally travel to any part of Naples in ten (10) minutes from here.

We booked this property last minute. It's easy for a first time visitor not knowing the city. Our room had a renovated bathroom but the room itself hadn't been updated yet. There was a leak from the ceiling in the entrance area... we booked that under "welcome to Italy". It appears they are upgrading the hotel section by section as some areas are brand new while others are still older style as mentioned by other reviewers. It's about 10 to 15 minute walk from the main train station which has easy access to all metro trains. The hotel runs a shuttle between the station and the hotel but the last shuttle leaves at 8:30pm. Expect to spend about 10 Euro for a taxi between the station and the hotel. The suburban trains that stop near the hotel station don't run after 8pm. We didn't have breakfast included in our rate but there are a few coffee bars in the business square outside the hotel. Some of them do a decent espresso. Just pick one with a big number of men in suits. It's bound to be good. As with the rest of Naples the area around the hotel looks like a mix of third world with 1960s communist architecture thrown in. The well dressed Italians going about their business seem miss placed. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Next time we'd probably stay a bit closer to the center of town.

Nice clean hotel”
Chose this as had an early morning flight. It’s only 10-15 min to the airport by taxi. We stayed in the executive room and the beds were very comfy and the room very nice and clean. The area is a bit rough and quiet. The hotel has a nice restaurant which we ate in. For an overnight stay for early flights I would def recommend this hotel

It was good overall, there was no slippers/foot wear inside the room, saying that was standard room. As slippers are very cheap they could standardise this feature. Breakfast buffet was at a good price after the bargain, just simple English breakfast.

Comfortable bed”
The hotel was very comfortable and as we came by car we appreciated the ease with their valet parking. The hotel is unfortunately a fair way from the city which means you have to take the hotel shuttle bus. Which although is free, it's only small and sometimes guests miss out.

It was ok, but the workers attitudes were not so good. And when I ask about the receipt they feel don't like to explain to me. This was really not good to me, as I was not sure where I should get the receip, But generally, it is a comfortable hotel and convenient to go to the airport.

It's great we had whole day by chartered taxi from the hotel to Pompeii amalfie, way to sorrento and back about 8 pm. Tasted lemon cello and pizza from Michele. All good!

Not ideal if you're visiting Naples”
Hotel is well outside any place of interest if you're visiting. Hotel has a shuttle bus that runs every hour to Central Station, without it, you're lefty with only taxis to go anywhere as the location is far from ideal. We had a suite and it smelled as if it hadn't been vented in a long time.

Die Lage ist unglücklich, mit public transport nicht zu erreichen, vom HBF mind. 15-20 min zu Fuss. Das Zimmer ist SEHR klein, das BAD superklein (kann man sich kaum rumdrehen). Sonst ok, sicher aber nicht vier Sterne

空港に近いシティホテル”
翌日帰国するため空港に近い、ということだけで選んだホテルでしたが、、 あまりに周りに何もない。見えるのは会社と工場跡地、、、拘置所とアメリカ軍基地もあるらしいです。 着いたとき周辺の雰囲気にぞっとして、外に出て夕食をする気になれなかった。 結局ホテルのレストランで食事したけど、今までのイタリア旅行の中で一番味が悪かった。夫も同意見でした。 ですが、日本人の旅行団体客が大勢いて、ここでフルコース食べてましたよ・・・あーもったいない・・ ナポリらしい歴史的雰囲気は全くありません。ただ部屋は綺麗でバスタブもあるし、空港行きの無料ワゴンもあったので、自分たちの空港そばというニーズには合いました。帰国前の一泊でよかったなと思います。

지하철3호선역 옆이라서 예약 하였는데 열차는 자주 오지않고, 또한 휴일 저녁은 9:15 정도에 막차라서 이틀동안 타지도 못하고 택시 이용 하였는데 가격은 기사가 부러는대로 타야하니, 밤 늦게 응정도 잘되지 않고, 개인적 교통수단이 준비된 사람에게는 괜찮은 호텔이나 대중교통 이용자에게는 비추천 호텔 입니다
