Room is clean and tidy however the slippers are not provided, which is not convenient for guests after taking a shower. Coffee machine is equipped but no bottled water in the room, I do not know why. In summary, it is good not excellent

It was a great value hotel for me as when I went the parking was free. Additionally I loved the proximity of the hotel to the Falls. It took us 5 mins to reach the American Falls. Only disappointing thing was that this hotel has no breakfast but it is attached to a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Business center that is important for printing important documents is there as well.

A nice hotel close to the falls (walking distance). Having to pay separate for parking each night is a bit annoying but understandable in a touristy area. Overall very satisfied with our visit though and using Agonda saved us a lot of money compared to other hotel websites!

The location is really close to everything ; from the falls to casino. Bed is extremely comfortable. Only downside is that the bathroom is not well designed. Water spills from the shower to the dry side. However this place is good for a trip to the falls specially thanks to the location.

The hotel's location was the best! Just accross the Niagara State Park gate. We even could see the river from our room window. Our room was a queen standard room with 2 queen beds with breakfast. We got a breakfast voucher valued $25/day/room, it's to be used at the Anchor Restaurant located at the hotel lobby. Try the buffalo wings there, it's crunchy & delicious! The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was also quite large, the shower pressure was nice. I think the facility was good but unfortunately some parts of the hotel were going under renovation so I did not explore much, but I saw there is an indoor swimming pool besides the lobby, & there were also 2 massage chairs for you to relax after walking around the Niagara Falls. Overall it was a good hotel, I would stay again.

This hotel is located within walking distance (about 1 block) to Niagara Falls State Park. The rooms are clean, but somewhat dated. Very friendly staff. Be aware, there is a $15 per day parking fee.

Comfortable room, although without microwave (but there is one in the lobby) and the AC unit has no constant fan mode which isn't ideal since the windows don't open (not sure if it's a city rule or something). Overall it was a pleasant stay, I'd definitely stay there again in the future.
