Coffee maker”

This is my second stay at the Holiday Inn and both times the coffee maker did not work, after a long fligh from UK to Orlando International we were too tired to complain. The next morning I had to get dressed in a hurry just to get to the restaurant for a drink. I don’t think the offer of a free coffee by staff solves the situation, I am under the impression that by not having the facility in your room it makes you use their bar or restaurant.

Good hotel for short stays”

I stayed there as we were flying the next day and wanted to be close to the airport. It is 5 mins away and they have regular shuttle buses. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Has a good restaurant on site, but there is also Denny's, TGI Fridays, Chili's, and a chine restaurant a few minutes walk away. Denny's is good for breakfast, and also does vegetarian food (more than usual for the US) which made my friend happy! Good pool, not too busy. Would be ok to use as a hotel for visiting attractions as long as you have a car.

Well located, comfortable and friendly”

This hotel is good value for the convenience of being minutes from the airport. The room was comfortable, clean and included microwave, small fridge, TV, WiFi and complimentary coffee. We enjoyed the exercise room. The pool and spa looked good but it was a little chilly so we did not use them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative about this hotel was that the restaurant and kitchen were understaffed. The food was good but somewhat overpriced and we had to wait over an hour to get our order.

Great quick stop before cruise”

Needed to stay and get shuttle to port canaveral. Great quick airport hotel. Night manager was great.

One night stay”

My wife and I only stayed one night, but the the hotel was very nice. It is very close to the airport, less than 10mins away by taxi. There was also a convenient shopping outlet within walking distance of the hotel to buy small snacks and food etc. Our room was good size and clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very nice, but we did not stay long enough to enjoy the hotel amenities. The hotel staff were friendly, too

Our stay at the physical hotel was fine. It was the lack of professionalism and communication with Agoda is what my fiance and I had a problem with.

The hotel is located near teh airport. The shuttle bus service (people0 is very nice. It is good for business travel as well as for family vacation. Some nice resturants are near by, veyi good.

Decent hotel especially when you need something convenient and quick but more of a 3 star rating and not 4 stars. The breakfast is alright but nothing to really look forward to.

Came in late so we got a good nights sleep before heading home to the coast

The one in the counter of the morning of 31st of July is so unprofessional her customer service skill is very poor,no eye contact and very blunt and rude,my husband was asking for receipt and she just blatantly said,"we don't gove receipts and yet we observed her to give the other guests receipts upon checking out and so my husband approached her again and said you do give out receipts and so she finally gave us receipt!She made face too after that!She has no business being in the reception area or being in a customer service area at all!
