Very good location and super helpful staff at the reception. The metro station is right in front of the hotel entrance which makes tourism around Paris very easy. The folks at the reception are very helpful with regard to information and also booking cabs for airport. Highly recommend this for travellers to Paris.

Every interaction with staff here was pleasant. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping folks are friendly and good at their job. The employees in the restaurant were great. I really like patronizing a place where employees are upbeat and enjoy each other’s company. This property has a good vibe. A big plus for me was being directly over the stairs to the Metro. Nothing like popping up out of the tunnel after a long day of seeing the sights and having your night’s rest literally at your feet.

NICE HOTEL WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION BUT WITH NOT SO HELPFUL STAFF”
Location was excellent since metro was just outside. There were very good restaurants close to the hotel. It is walking distance to the opera and Galerie Lafayette. Breakfast was also very good. However, we were disappointed with front desk personnel. Staff was clueless when we asked for directions or assistance in going to Mont St Michel and Giverny and in joining a hop on hop off city tour; staff not also helpful when we were trying to get a cab to go to the meeting place for a Giverny tour which we managed to book online( we had to wait long for a taxi that never came and just took the metro and walked to the meeting point).

The hotel is nearby to Metro station and bus stop Grand Boleuvard. Easy access to move around the city via these 2 transport as well as walking distance to main attractions in the central area. Nearby to shopping mall with 10 mins walks. Walking on the main road does not make you feel afraid as most of the review told Paris is not safe with pick pocket. Good area for stay and Holiday Inn is one of the choice.
