I hear that renovations are planned soon, and while the faucets feel loose and the equipment seems a bit old, all the staff I met were cheerful and it had a comfortable atmosphere.
The hotel was fine. Bar and restaurant great. Room clean. However with the WM open and spring baseball training the prices were crazy.
Very conveniently located hotel near airport. Good breakfast. Make sure that you are using right airport shuttle to reach as there are multiple holiday inn.

Cons: Mattress too firm. No hand soap in the soap Dispenser in restroom. The breakfast offered, that I paid extra to include our stay, is the worst breakfast for any hotel that we have stayed. They also issue a voucher to you upon arrival to eat breakfast. The bacon is burnt. Not a lot of options in the breakfast buffet. Never encountered being issued a breakfast voucher at any hotel stay. Don’t recommend. Pro: not too far from Phoenix Arena. Clean room but con is not enough towels for two people, no laundry bags. For your dirty clothes. No extra trash bags in wastebaskets. I could have saved my money and went to another hotel with better reviews but usually Holiday Inn facilities are well-regarded. Not this one!!!! $15 to eat their nasty breakfast. Go elsewhere!!!!
