Exceptional”
Definitely better than expected. This resort is more beautiful than what you see in the pictures or videos online. I thought people use editing apps to show the beach and facilities but actually this is way better in real life. You get privacy, good company, white sand beaches, cristal clear waters, live music, complementary activities, great food, multiple options, a gym with even body scales, plenty of towels and water all over the resort. All this while being spoiled by the super friendly staff (270 people for less than 160 villas). Anything you can think of, you can get it there. And it also looks like they take feedback very seriously, as customer service is really a top priority. The only comment I feel like writing is that there is no grocery shop on the island, so it would be best if you took some snacks with you in case you get hungry after midnight.

Want to go to the Maldives without breaking the bank? Holiday Inn provides pre and post service you need! Not to mention, their facilities are kid friendly and the staff are all so welcoming. We got upgraded as honeymooners and was surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne. Best service indeed! Food is good too!

Staff are very friendly.. shoutout to Riza for the smooth check-in, not forgetting Riteesh and Chef Eddie Ng for the hospitality during our dine in.. and to also to compliment all staff as well, including the reservation team for making our stay an enjoyable one! Even tho we didnt really get to do most activities due to inclement weather, we at least managed to do kayaking on our 2nd last day as the weather was getting better.. All i can say is, we visited at the wrong timing.. but still, it was a splendid stay!

Warm and nice reception. Very safety. The beach, all outside areas and restaurants are very nice. The rooms are big and comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good. Very good breakfast. My Wife and I stayed in a beach villa 4 nights and in an overwater villa 3 nights. The place is a paradise, rooms are really comfortable and clean and very well designed. It was like a second honeymoon. Snorkeling next to the overwater villa is amazing with lots of fish everywhere. The location is very conveniente as it takes only 45 min to get there from the airport. The food is fine but limited on protein for vegetarians. 70% of the staff are super helpful and friendly but the other 30% are not quite customer centric and you have to go get the menu yourself. Overall it was a wonderful vacation. (No drones allowed as villas have open air showers)

I was astonished once they charged me the transfer amount however its their responsibility to take their guests to hotel for free on boat as there is no other option for transportation and secondly they are charging for Parasailing way much than expected rest the things were fine as per the resort . I would recommend them to redo their rates and facilitate their customers maximum.Thankyou

Pleasant calm place but needs improvement ”
Food in restaurants is delicious. Beaches are ok, not so good. There is very little lighting on the island path towards the rooms. It's about 10 minutes walk through woods with very less lights and no security and no markings for the route. I had booked a over water villa, which is at farthest end from the restaurants.

Pathetic Hospitality ”
Stayed with my family for 5 days during Christmas/ New Year week. Location- about 30 min from Male airport via speedboat. Not a great beach, only a small portion is usable for activities and guests. Others sides not maintained. Hospitality- poor restaurant service, not a good choice of food. Lunch buffet menu has no drinks which is a must in Maldives weather conditions. Rooms/ Cleanness- Rooms are clean but no dining area/ table in beach house. Activities- too expensive even for small activities. Cycling, ball games to be added.
