It is a hotel suiting for vocation, it is very close to beach, just back from the hotel, you can walk to the beach just in 5 mins. although it is not in the city center of nice. however it is convenient to take train to nice city. and it is also near airport.

The room is big and clean. It's very colse to beach, you can walk to there from your room. It only take few mins. However, it is a little far from the city. You have to take the train.

I stayed in this hotel in September 25 2010. The location is very good if you are looking for hotel not in promedade area. It is just by the beach and lots of restaurant in the back of the building facing the beach.

it was very complicated to go to the parking. there was absolutely no comfort for anyone having to carry bags. you have to unload bags first then walk 2 blocks, find your way through a laberynth to find the right parking spot. looks scary in the middle of the night for a woman walking alone with several bags. i hated to have to carry and then having to walk back through the beach area.

We werent too impressed. We paid for an ocean view and could hardly see it as there were trees blocking the view. The bathtub/shower leaked. The pillows were crap and we order more to be sent up which they said they would but never did. There was only one staff member most of the time who could not leave so when we wanted room service we had to go down and get it ourselves. The pool was dirty and full of leaves. Seemed very overpriced for wat it was. We wont be staying again
