Great facilities, very clean and good value for money. They even delivered a cake to the room for my birthday…..a nice gesture!! Location for me was a standout. Across the road from the beach and close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Everything you need at your doorstep!!
I booked family room and was so suprised with the room deco and facilities for children provided.Not only that HI also suprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday.Clean room and perfect location.2 min away from Hard Rock Cafe Phuket and 5 mins away from Patong beach.Location is at the Patong Central.Recommended and approved
Our 4-night stay at this hotel was extremely delightful! We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were clean, very spacious, furniture was modern. The underwater themed kids room was impressive! Our children were over the moon, the kids room also has some toys, a teepee tent, and a PS4 which both our kids (8yo and 3yo) equally enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was also great, decent selection/variety of foods. There were also a couple of restaurants on the property, again great food and great service. The kids club was also wonderful, special thanks to Nam for looking after my 8yo whilst in the club! The 2 kids pools were also great and age-appropriate. Staff were very kind and accomodating the whole way through. May I also send a big thank you to the housekeeping staff, as our 3yo had several accidents on the bed (still potty training at time of travel), the staff were quick to come and replace bedding everytime this happened and they never made us feel uncomfortable in any way! So thank you to the housekeeping staff, for your understanding. We appreciate it. The location is very convenient, close to everything. 7eleven, massage, pharmacy, and fastfood chains just across from the hotel. Patong beach just a stones throw away. I cant wait for us to come back, will surely stay here again!

The place is near to the night market and bangla street. Food is not a problem. There is a lot of halal eateries as well. The staff os very helpful and friendly. We stayed there for 6 days and They will clean your room everyday. There are kids pool and family pool. It even have jacuzzi. The staff will wait around the pool area in case you wanted to order anything. They will bring it to u. We are very happy with Mario. He is super helpful and always ready to assist. Good Job Holiday Inn.
