Very surprised ”

Surprised how good a Holiday Inn was. Very clean , great pillows and bed, and even the restaurant was good.

Great Front Desk”

The front desk staff was always very friendly, helpful and polite. Every time I left and came back, whether it was early morning, afternoon, or night, the staff smiled and greeted me. When I left my room, they always told me to have a nice day and were very helpful every time I had a question or request about my room. It's been a long time since I encountered a hotel where the staff constantly smiled and said hello and goodbye.

No airport shuttle”

Chose this hotel because of advertised airport shuttle, but when I got there they informed me this hotel does not currently have airport shuttle and this is indicated on the hotel website. Agoda doesn't have current info on this.

Old Hotel not in a Convenient Location”

Decided to try to Holiday Inn for 3 days. This place is a very old hotel that is quite well maintained and clean. Staff performance is OK. This place is designed for people in wheel chairs so the room corridor and bathrooms are large. I got a room on ground floor, and probably due to old earth quake design, the walls and ceiling are very thin or lack sound insulation. So I did not get restful sleep with all the noise above and around me. The bed is comfortable, sheets and towels clean. But the carpet does not feel clean... looks very old. But no smell. Tried breakfast, items off the coupon list too. None were very appetizing. It was just food. If you need wheel chair access and have a car, this is a great place because really close to freeway. Otherwise I would rather stay elsewhere.

Very comfortable ”

Very pleased with the room we were provided. It was very spacious and it even had a sofa bed. The only thing was the hotel is divided in 3 buildings which aren't connected to each other so we had to leave our building to go to the main lobby, gym, sauna, etc. There was also no indoor pool, it was more of a jacuzzi but it was extremely hot. We notified front desk and someone went to check it out but it was extremely hot within minutes of being in the water. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the spacious room and the location was very convenient for our travel needs

clean, well maintained ”

overall i had a great experience. the room was spacious enough for 3 ppl. very clean and well maintained. also very close to the airport. 20 minute drive. would like to stay at this place again.

Not so good ”

Basically fine, but if I can say the front office receptionist not so nice, I need a toothbrushes and waited in my room for an hour, so I decided to come down and get it myself . The reception (she) was not friendly, the way she answered me and the way she talked, and telling me she was working alone that night and it takes time to bring my toothbrushes, without smiles sounds like I’ve been disturbing. Well... it’s not my fault if she is busy and alone there ?!?!! I’m a guest and everyone should treated well and politely. Do fix that ! Holiday Inn should be a good hotel, but with those kind of hospitality, I won’t stay there anymore ever.

EXCELLENT HOTEL TO STAY IN WITH GREAT VALUE U GET COMFORTNESS, CLEANLINESS, FRIENDLY STAFF & CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! WELL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN!

Very clean hotel with nice beds”

Housekeeping was amazing, the rooms were very clean. Beds were really comfortable with 4 pillows with different firmness. Internet was slow and connection was spotty

The location does not far from the city. The room is very big and clean. Moreover, Parking area is very good.

The best thing was the large room”

Comfortable. It is not cheap considering that breakfast is not included but the large room made up for it. Newspapers are available including chinese dailies. There is a nice bar in the hotel

Needed car to move”

It's reasonable and clean. The breakfast is some snacks and coffee (it's enough for me). However, there is no restaurants, shops, so need to car or using Uber to go anywhere

Acceptable”

The room is not cheap for $300/night with breakfast. There are many alternatives that are nearby that could offer the same accommodation at half the price but I chose this place because of the Holiday Inn branding. However, I was shocked that there was still additional parking costs (when it was advertised that there was parking onsite - which I assumed to be free) of $17. Also, none of the staff came by to help with luggages although we had so many - not sure if this is the service standard everywhere in the US? The next morning, I was quite excited for breakfast because we usually get decent breakfasts from the hotels we stay in. The breakfast here was made to order and it was not too bad, but I would have preferred a buffet style because the wait time for service (only 1 staff available) and for the food to be served took quite awhile. Lucky we were not in a rush, if not we would have to forego the breakfast with such long wait times. Lastly, I was looking forward to use the gym but the gym was in a terrible condition and the only weight training machine provided there was spoiled. In all, I would pick to go to another hotel because there is nothing fantastic about this place.

overpriced”

Really overpriced hotel. They even tried to charge me the breakfast while it was supposed to be included. They also charged my credit card after I left the hotel and I have no reason for that. Impossible to contact the hotel as the Email provided in Agoda reservation form does not work.

Si bien no avisamos para que realicen, en el 2do día comunicamos al front desk y a pesar de eso no lo hicieron.

Hôtel correct avec sauna par contre il n y avait pas de navette pour l aéroport (alors que mentionne sur Agoda). Personnel du restaurant sympathique

Ottima struttura”

La struttura è nuova, pulita e ben organizzata. I servizi sono ottimi come il rapporto prezzo qualità. Peccato che nel prezzo non fosse inclusa la colazione che, acquistata a parte, ha un costo esorbitante.

SAN MATEOのオフィスに近くて、空港からの無料シャトルがるということで選択しましたが、迎えのシャトルは結局使えませんでした。 食事の味はいまいちです。 周りには何もないところなので、ビジネス用途出ない限りお勧めしません。 ちなみにComfort Innが隣接しています。シャトルも共有です。
