great 'getaway' hotel”

what everybody else is saying about this hotel is all true. it's not rated #5 best vancouver airport hotel for nothing and i think it's the best travel bargain available if your looking for a great hotel as your starting off point before heading to the airport. there is a mcdonalds across the parking lot but not too many restaurant or shopping options in the area. i think that internet connection speed is a much overlooked feature of too many of todays hotels but if your looking for blazing internet download speed, than this is the hotel for you. probably the first time i have no negative comments about a hotel. give this place a try and you won't be disappointed

Short but Sweet”

The hook, a hotel close to the airport, the line a free airport shuttle and finally the sinker was the great price. Our plan was not to overnight in Vancouver but we are glad we did and our choice was made easy with advertising we saw on the Norwegian Sun. Best of all was the great Queen size bed that was so comfortable I could not even say "I want to go home to my own bed".

Excellent stopover hotel near the airport”

This hotel was a great respite after a long flight from Shanghai, and several months in Asia. Clean, quiet and very nice staff. There isn't much to do right near the hotel, but we were so tired it didn't matter. The hotel does have easy access to the sky train into downtown Vancouver, but we didn't have the energy for that. The restaurant attached to the hotel has reasonably priced, tasty food. We had no complaints about our stay.

good value for airport stay”

I was here just one night for a flight early out of Vancouver. Did not want to spend a more just for a place to sleep and this was a good deal with the shuttle so Terr easy to use. Having a decent bar restaurant attached to the place was a welcome feature to not have to rely on hotel food.

Good airport hotel”

The breakfast was very good but because it was not in buffet style it became monotonous and therfore we mover to the nearby Holiday Inn Express after four days. The airport shuttle dropped us close to the skytrain station for easy and fast transport to downtown Vancouver.

Really great! ”

Lovely modern and clean room. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Free breakfast was delicious. Shuttle bus to airport great. All in all one of the best hotels I've booked. Thanks!

Good for airpot”

Staff super friendly and helpful - I sat for ages just killing time in the lobby and staff were very accommodating, offering tea/coffee etc. Close to airport with shuttle service, though this has to be booked ahead of time. Room large and comfortable. Bathroom clean and very useable.

Nice Airport Hotel”

Our room hs been recently redecorated. It was clean and modern. The only problem is that we were on the highway side of thr building and it was noisy all night. The shuttle is fine but it only runs twice an hour. We waited about 1/2 hour at the airport for it.

Having the complimentary shuttle from the airport helps a lot for late arrival flights. If the hotel could post the shuttle schedule and where to wait for one on the website, that would be great. Our driver was nice and helpful.

We stayed only for one night before we leave Vancouver. The hotel is clean, quite, very comfortable. Short distant via taxi to shopping malls and restaurants. Value for money.

Layover”

We had a good stay, and we most happy to have an adjoining room. The location was a bit isolate, as there were no shops within walking distance. For a layer over stay, I would certainly recommend this hotel as its very reasonable price, but the location is a bit isolated for a longer term stay.

Nice n helpful staffs”

Hotel staffs are nice n helpful, from front desk, restaurant n shuttle driver. Location is very near to the airport, Breakfast is good. Room clean n comfortable.

very good hotel if staying with kids make sure you get the kids eat free voucher from the hotel for the Fog & suds next door , free shuttle is good overall a great hotel for the price

Practical place to stay ”

I stayed here because I had a short stopover before my next flight. No public transport nearby but you can take a free shuttle to their sister hotel. From there, it is a 15 minute walk to the train station. Would recommend just for the convenience of being close to the airport.

Very good”

The location is good with free shuttle to & from airport. The staffs are friendly and hotel is pretty clean. However, we need to get hot drinking water from the restaurant on the lobby as there is no electric kettle available in the room. It's pretty inconvenient for us.

Great place to stay”

Airport Transport from YVR airport can be improved by implementing pickup reservation for passengers. As for the rest of my stay, I had a great time.

Very nice with good restaurant. ”

The room was great, though no views here, but parking lot. We liked the restaurant, no long term parking here, but originally told we could park, so confusing messages, finally resolved. Airport shuttle was a long wait. They did not tell us to reserve, when inquired. Again, mixed messages.

Airport Overnight Stopover ”

After long trans Atlantic flight wanted an airport hotel to stay night. Well equipped hotel with on site sports bar restaurant. Only downside is 15 mins from terminal and shuttles only run every 30 mins so be prepared for waiting in line

Very good”

Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel is every 30 mins. It arrives at every hour and half pass. Mattress on the sofa bed was very thin so it was a bit uncomfortable. Towels were not clean. Other than that the room was alight. There was a restaurant and the food was good. And there was a McDonald next to the hotel which opened early in the morning till mid night so you could grab some food even arriving late.

Clean Nice Airport hotel”

Good as overnight hotel. Restaurant downstairs is convenient as we arrived late. The complimentary shuttle service between airport and hotel is convenient. Reasonable hotel rate too.
