The receptionist, Felicia, was great in everything. She didnt even wait for me to ask for anything, she just provided me with all the info a typical tourist needs, and more!!! Kudos to you, Felicia. Breakfast was more than we expected, they make sure their guests dont go hungry. Needless to say, the location was great. Lastly and more importantly, thank you very much for honoring the price Agoda guaranteed at the time my booking was made.

We went here last May 8-11 for a 3night stay with our 2 young boys. The room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast buffet choices was good, although the food served was the same everyday. The kids menu was very limited in variety. The roofdeck swimming pool was closed during our visit so the kids were not able to use it. The lobby was just fine. Location is good as it is easy to get a taxi. Cable TV channels in the room were limited. Overall, it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is very good value for the money. The room and the amenities it has is beyond what you pay for the room. The staff was excellent. I got immediate and satisfactory responses to all of my needs. Overall the hotel structure is good and up-to-date but some of its aspects is under renovation towards more contemporary designs.

The staffs are good, the hotel is still under renovation but almost done. The only thing is restaurant not ready yet for full service and need to take breakfast outside about 100 meters away and a voucher is provided (not a free breakfast). They provide washing machine and dryer and need only to buy the detergent and softener at the vending machine or you can bring your own. There is a near supermarket where you can buy all your needs.

At the restaurant a waiter (man) removed me from my seat saying I am not suppose to sit there. He was rude and grumpy! He did it in front of a lot of people. I was seated there by another waiter. This is not the way to treat a guest. The hotel is not giving us a free service. We pay to stay there. Some don’t get it.

Generally ok however the swimming pool was disappointingly closed even though the temperatures were in the 80's. Breakfast was a reasonable choice however the staff were obsessed with getting tips. The room was clean & comfortable

The location is OK, but not very close to the white house area. You may have to take a taxi or metro. The staff is very helpful. I called them to fix the TV and they show up very fast. Great work. Overall it is great value for the price.

located tight next to the bustling 14th and 15th streets. within walking distance from dupont circle and the white house. good free wifi. clean rooms and toilets. reasonable and delicious room service breakfasts - that was our fav bit of the stay.

reading the reviews before going to holiday inn, i thought that it would be much closer to the sights...but it wasn't as close as i thought. it is walking distance, but it's quite a long walk. it's a few blocks away from the nearest metro station too. but it's still a good location because you are at the center. if you're fit and used to walking, this is a great location. breakfast was mediocre and service was good..not excellent, but no gross negatives. the next time i go to dc, i'll probably try to find a place that's a bit nearer to the main sights.

Good hotel but not walking distance to "the mall "”
the location and hotel staff were good ....the place is not walk able distance to any of the places of interest though white house is 5 blocks away.....need to walk another 2 km inside to reach white house lawn... rst of the locations are reachable by train or cab....i strongly suggest to take cab if you are more than 3 people....walking to the metro and still paying more did not make sense... the hotel was old but neat...lifts were pretty old but we did not have any problem... the break fast is definitely good with a good spread....thought costs 15 us.... you could get better and lesser sy 6 to 8 us b fast if you could finish bfast with a morning walk....little away.

The rooms were small, there was a surprise $30+ charge for parking but, the staff was outstanding. We had a good stay overall. I assumed a double queen but was surprised with a set of beds that were smaller. You might want to make sure on this when booking. Finally, Breakfast was not included. ~$15 per person extra. All together the hidden charges makes this "Deal" . Keep this in mind when looking around for rooms.
