This was possibly the most impressive, value-packed hotel I've ever stayed in. Location was excellent, it's just in front of Robinsons Mall and 5 minutes away from the airport. That alone makes it worth the price, but it's the facilities that are impressive given how much I paid. The bed was nice, no lumps in it at all. Sheets were smooth and clean, and the shower heater works perfectly. There's even a hair dryer and a mini chiller for your drinks. And if that's not enough, they also have a pool and a decent breakfast buffet. They even gave me a ride to the airport for FREE, even though I was the only guest who needed one. For this reason, I'm definitely staying here the next time I'm in town.

Kudos to Sir Aaron and Ma'am Racquel, very friendly and accommodating front desk personnel. We highly recommend this place.
Convenient, Location, Airport transfer”
Best location as it is just infront of Robinson’s. Anything you need (incidentals, last minute stuff) can be easily found at the mall l which is walking distance. Hotel is clean and has the basic necessities you’ll need for an overnight and multiple stays. Stays include breaks fast and there’s coffee maker and refrigerator in rooms. I love the airport transfer service which is very efficient. Only caveat is there is no elevator for guests to use, just for staff for luggage help. It’s ok with us but if you’re relying on wheelchair or use any ambulation assistive device, I would find another place. The stairs can be a little too steep for cane and not good for walker users. Overall, it is an excellent hotel to stay while in Puerto Princesa.

The location is great, as it’s close to the mall. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The staff are also kind, and the breakfast is good. However, I didn’t like the view from our window because there are old items or trash that haven’t been cleaned up outside the hall. Our room is near the exit, but there are used blankets placed in transparent plastic bags left outside, which we have to pass by.

The location and architectural layout is brilliant. Airy breezways, walkable, parking, easy rooms., space to walk and swim. Corporate provides a good amount; hair dryer, wardrobe, quiet air con with remote, comfy bed, hot water shower. Management has quite a few people working. Clean walkways and no trash or wrappers to see. Downsides. Only two channels on the TV work= rainy season or if kids that might be an issue. The pool could use a little more net cleaning to skim the top throughout the day. Water in the pool bathrooms was turned off. The breakfast is not worth buying even at a discount. (It’s one main dish of maybe some fish and then vegetables. This seems like more of a lunch for the employees but you just showed up early at 7am. It’s not traveler friendly whatsoever. One day, fish heads. One day, fried fish. One day adobo. This is not a breakfast even in the Philippines of longanissa or beef tapa, tocino, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit? This hotel is right across the street from the mall which opens at 9:30 if that helps. Overall a good place but know what is available to use or outsource :)
