Nice, Cozy Hotel With Spacious Rooms”
This is our 1st time staying in Holiday Villa Conference and suites in Subang on February 21 as we need to attend a family get together in my brother in law house which was located behind the hotel. Upon checked in the hotel for less than 10 minutes, we received called from the hotel’s front office & were told that our room were upgraded to Corporate deluxe room -free of charge by the punjabi gentlemen with coat that we meet earlier in the hotel lobby. The room offered is comfortable , spacious and newly renovated compared with the one we checked in earlier. The front office hotel staff here are friendly & courteous too. We took our lunch at the Hotel’s Chinese Restoran. Food here were good. The swimming pool is big & scenery surrounding the pool is great. Overall the facilities in this hotel is very good and we will definitely frequent this hotel again when we are down in Sunway soon.

First Eat, Ended Staying”
At first, the four of us took the lunch buffet at Palm Terrace last Sunday from 1pm to 3pm. We were talking and talking and eating and talking and eating and enjoying the good foods which kept coming and coming. The servers were good and attentive. Then when it is time to go, we loiter around the reception enjoying the christmas tree they put up there and talking to the receptionist and then my friend asked, "Eh, why don't we spend the night here so that we can talk more?" Ended up we book a room. I've been here many times and really enjoyed the big clean room, huge bathroom and nice scenery overlooking the lake. The staff were very helpful. Recommended for all.

Awesome stay”
Seriously i had a good stay here..Very very nice..their hospitality very nice and the staff very friendly too..The room was very clean and huge room.. i have to tell about their breakfast..there are so many choices of food and everything taste very very good..i never saw this kind of brekie in any hotel as i always prefer to book room with breakfast,sometimes the breakfast really taste very bad but in this hotel i will recommend it .. i and my husband really enjoyed the stay..Overall its a good stay and reasonable price for the room.

Surprised Upgraded Room”
Wow, even though I arrived earlier than the normal check- in time, your reception officer Cik Zaidah gave me the key to the room without telling me there is great surprise waiting to be revealed!!! The room was superb, huge space with a round table with 3 chairs, a working table, a long classic sofa, a nice pantry, a choice of long bathtub or standing bathroom and of course a very impressive and a perfect king-size- plus bedroom wrapped beautifully and clean white sheet. Really value for money. Thanks Cik Zaidah, you really make my day.

Excellent services and super worth”
The hotel upgraded again since the last trip stayed. Room are definitely comfortable . The swimming pool are great too But one thing I hope can be improved is the Free Wifi However each room only eligible for 2 devices only . As if you are working with a laptop and 2 mobile phone or either one iPad and one mobile , you only can choose 2 device It should allow at least 4 devices at each room . As one pax with 2 devices

Great location,spacious and clean room, the view is amazing, swimming pool is superb and got variety of pool suitable for kids, breakfast was so good, the hotel was great..but our room need an improvement on their access card, need to put extra card together to make sure it didn't shut down the electricity suddenly. Overall is awesome experience.My kids really like it and give a wow-compliment on his first sight. tq

Superb Facilities”
Very spacious room, toilet. Design quite old but really comfortable. The hotel itself is big. What i love most about the hotel is the facilities. A large pool and few other small swimmingpool, A kids playroom and spacious common area. The location is near SJMC. Easy to find eateries.

Worth your money”
Our previous stay is much more merrier than this one, maybe its because of Covid than the environment for this time being of our stay a bit gloomy. Bowling and convenience store was closed as well. Our bath tub was leaked. Other than that, everythngs was fine. Lets pray this covid go away so you can resume to full operation and still one of the best hotel we'd stay at Klang Valley. Keep it up guys.

FORGOTTEN & FOUND”
My event on that day got extended. Sadly I didn't manage to extend my stay to later, but still was given to checkout at 1pm. Acceptable. In my haste to check out, I forgot my hands free that was charging at the socket. I left at 330pm to catch a flight at 5pm, and was glad to be told by my brother that the hands free was found and he managed to retrieve it. Kudos to the reception fella.

Amazing facilities. The room size is huge , bathroom comes with a shower and bath tub! Clean and spacious! The gym is fully equipped, the pool is Olympic size! Great staffs! 5 stars equivalent hotel at the most reasonable price!

This is my second stay here and for this time celebrating bachelorette party with my friends. Got corner room so spacious and helpful staff from front office and bellman. Uncle bellman so friendly. The AM or manager front office can't remember (indian specky guy), really helpful settle problem with the rude jockey. The only thing need to improve is the jokey. Very rude.

Although it's an old 5 star hotel but the facilities is complete however might need to consider walking a bit to room as quite far from lobby and need through connecting bridge from lobby block to room block. Wonderful stay indeed with huge olympic size and various swimming pool suitable for kinds and adults.

Overall, the Wedding was amazing, the cooperation of all staffs involved was outstanding meeting expectations. Good coordination between hotel and the event management team was excellent thus a success with no hiccups what so ever. Will definitely be the choice to host next event at Holiday Subang Jaya again.

One of the best hotels ever went... a bit of disappointment that fishing not allowed... if the hotel allowed fishing that will be a great spot as angler we can use catch and release... hotel was clean and well maintain... bathtub was very clean as most of the hotel I went was not that clean... totally was an awesome time to spend...Hope that management will look into my feedback regarding fishing
