Im a solo traveler and i like to walk cities...I choosed hollmann beletage design boutique ...design was there I liked it with a more than great stuff...as I walk 7 to 8 hours a day I came back tired and exhausted so just take a shower in that large 3 meters high shower believe me best massage ever and completely relaxing ..So yeah i highly recommend that hollmann beletage waterfall design boutique

Perfect for the Vienna experience”
Hollmann Beletage was a wonderful find, offering a quintessential Vienna feel and re-designed in an old building in the heart of the city. An impressive surprise to someone who lived in the city several years ago. The staff/service made it truly feel like home, as did the tasty breakfast cooked in an open kitchen adjacent to the dining 'cafe'. We wished we could've stayed longer in Vienna partly to enjoy this gem and will have no hesitation to return there again or to recommend to close family/friends.

The hotel is attractive in modern design , the use of wood and leather finishes together with the orange of other materials brings a warm feeling . The rooms are very well planned and spacious , areas for laying about , reading , small meetings makes a guest feel home . The hotel and its inclusions are plann d to give guest a home feeling . Breakfast is copious and various selections are available, the Chiefs are on hand and willing to satisfy the guests wishes , the service is very attentive . Being locate in the city centre , closer to the Danube allows to jog along the river where there are very beautiful park areas ; five minutes walk and Vienna embraces you .

Very friendly and hospitable”
We were a group of 7 staying in 3 rooms. My mom was skeptical when we arrived at the front door because she never stayed in a boutique hotel before. But as soon as we got into our rooms, everyone was happy. Great location. Then the next morning during breakfast, everyone was even happier because the chef and the waiting staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was great! Good soup, great eggs, the chef even made us yummy crepes! everyone was pleasantly surprised with what a boutique hotel can offer. Definitely recommended!

Boutique accommodation in the city centre. ”
It was a cold and snowy week but the hotel was a lovely welcoming and warming retreat after lots of walking across the beautiful city of Vienna. Breakfast was delicious, a different fruit smoothie and egg dish every day. Help yourself to tea, beer and a meatloaf roll in the afternoon reminded me of the wonderful ‘Happy Hour’ in Tel Aviv. I dropped one star just because it would be good to have tea/coffee in the room or somewhere so you can have a cup before bed. While my husband used the sauna, I played the piano in the lounge (with headphones so as not to offend anyone). A delightful treat. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat, visit and the best way to travel. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel and would definitely return. Loved it!

Excellent location, nicely designed rooms, this boutique hotel has a character. The rooms are big enough, clean and cosy. The breakfast was freshly made with plenty of options on request (free, of course). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Definitely a home from home hotel”
Fantastic hotel, big rooms, full size toiletries in rooms, very friendly staff and perfect location. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely go back and I’m going to try the Paris hotel next! Only thing that would make it even better would be for tea and coffee making facilities in room. Other than that, the hotel really made my stay in Vienna special.

Perfect place to stay in Vienna”
Everything was brilliant even before we arrived at the hotel. Staff were super friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Room was terrific and unique, location was great - right in the city centre with walking distance to many landmarks. Breakfast was gorgeous and high quality with a happy chef humming songs while cooking. We'll pick this hotel again when we return to Vienna.

Excellent service, location and food ”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided suggestions on restaurants, prepared an early morning breakfast to go,, and arranged transportation for us. They are the outstanding feature of this hotel. The location is convenient to several of the main sights (St Stephen Cathedral, Hofburg palace, etc). I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

Great place in Vienna”
We had a great 2 days so we decided to extend another 2 days at the same hotel. That pretty much gives this a great rating already. The location is perfect, right in the center of Vienna. Around the corner a nice little restaurant in the alley, EF16, advice from the receptionist. We loved this place as well. Reception as well as breakfast staff were all great. Would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I've been to trip my family. The hotel is very good location and staff is very frendly. Andthen I was awsome . That because wrote in front of room any message. " Welcome to Family GOO ^__^" Thanks for your sense. The hotel gave us some meal for 2-5pm freely. There are a lot of food. I was very happy to breakfast for every moring.

Disappointment and uncomfortable experience”
The whole feeling from we getting the hotel gate to entering inside the room was uncomfortable. It's like that we got into a hostel with not well maintained interior and not clean environment. My wife even found some bug bites on her arms the next morning. Although the reception staff was very nice and helpful, we still checked out the early next morning with giving up the rest of the 3 night payment. Huge gap between the reality and the advertisement. Awful experiences!
