The security is high and the room services are good. The location of the hotel's location is 2.5pm from the tourist spots of Baguio (Burnham park) but is easily accesses by taxis. The coffee area has great view of Baguio mountains.

Love hotel, short trip from town”
This is a love hotel on the outskirts of Baguio. You can use it as a normal hotel too. The staff are friendly, the location is quiet. Much better value than a lot of hotels in town.

Great secret meeting place”
Huge room for the price and excellent view from the windows. The rooms are stylishly laid out and clean. You can rent the rooms by the hour if you suddenly find yourself needing a discreet place to bed your latest accomplishment... Also the menu in the room includes, lubricants, condoms and something called black ants...i must try them next time i am there.. The joining walls are a little thin so you may here your neighbours enjoying themselves, which i quite liked.. I will definately go back and stay in this place again, not to close to the centre of town but if you have your own transport its only 5minutes away

Great location going out of the city”
the hotel is located in-between the city and the access road. the food is not just cheap but great. the only thing that the hotel needs to improve their room cleanliness by deodorizing to remove the smell of tobacco. also, though wi-fi is available, no internet connection allegedly due to problem on the service provider.

Efficient staff but a so-so hotel”
omplaint #1: Rates charged Agoda on both rooms are almost double compared to the Hotel's published rate as reflected in the hotel tariff rates displayed in the rooms and the reception area. The hotel's excuse is that they increased the rates this holy week but the rates are still higher compared to the rates they claimed. I saw the rates charged to the other clients who booked locally and saw that their rates is almost half compared to ours. Complaint #2: Rooms were dirty, the towels were so thin and yellowish, the pillows stink and are dirty. Complaint # 3: I paid for an extra bed but instead of an extra bed, they put 2 thin old, smelly and dirty cushions one on top of the other on the floor. There was no bed. Complaint # 4: Wifi in both rooms do not work Complaint # 5: Absolutely not a place to bring your kids to. The hotel menu has a page for for sexual stimulants. I developed rashes on both arms just overnight. My kids weren't able to sleep well.

Overall, it was good. The only thing I did not like is that we were not served a pitcher of drinking water for the duration of our stay despite repeated requests and corresponding promises of delivery. And when we checked out, I complained and got the excuse that they ran out of pitchers. Considering that they are just using plastic pitchers which costs less that $2.00/each, I can't believe that they don't have one available for each room.

We had a nice experience staying here however it was cut short as we had to go home early due to a personal emergency. Their menu is good and the price range is not that expensive. Too bad we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast that came with our booking.
