Our two days stay in hollywood palm beach resort on white beach puerto galera was really awesome.The first thing that i want to give an emphasis is that the people in the resort from the drivers,helpers,receptionist and manager were so nice and very hospitable and very accomodating,they won't give their guest any reason to be upset.The place is so relaxing,clean and it will give you one best place experience.It is not a beach front hotel but there is a 24 hour shuttle that will bring you to the beach anytime you want to and it will also drive you to any place you wanted to go.I have no regret of choosing the resort as the place to stay with while we are in peurto galera,my man feels the same way as i do....

Best around the area”
We visited Puerto Galera during off season and we were able to get lower rates. It was a great value for basically a thousand pesos per night, and the man I presumed to be the owner was very friendly and accomodating. He even pointed out to us the shop where we can eat cheap (compared to the beach front shops.) The hotel's electricity experienced outage but we were able to enjoy the amenities and free use of billiard and table tennis. It is also not too far from the beach. My boyfriend and I enjoyed walking and as we did, we were able to see other hotels. That is when we realized that we didn't regret a minute we chose Hollywood Palm Beach Resort!

This was second time to visit hollywood palm beach resort, i like it here because its a bit away from the hustle and bustle of puerto galera. My son enjoyed the pool it was just in front of our room, overall we enjoyed our stay

We're having 2nd thoughts when booking this resort. Far from the beach and a little bit pricey. But when we arrived at the resort, we're very glad we made the right choice. It may be 5-10mins walk from the shore, but the place is peaceful. The rooms good for 4 pax are spacious. It can occupy one more bed. The beds at big, can sleep 2-3 heads. The pool may look odd because the deeper part is at the center. But we enjoyed swimming. The furniture made from driftwood are very pleasing to the eyes. We also enjoyed their poolside bar. Though we were very disappointed that their resto was non operational because the regular chef has resigned months ago. Overall, the resort is commendable. :)

Sulit Stay”
not too far from white beach, once you get off the boat, you just have to inform them so they can pick you up. 24 hours free pick up back and forth going to white beach so less hassle. you can use their swimming pool at night when you don't want to go the beach. ask for complementary drinks when you arrive, they actually don't provide unless you asked for it. rooms are not bad at all.

Good Stay and Relaxing Hotel”
We had a relaxing stay with hollywood palm beach hotel. The location of this hotel is not in the front beach, which I think is good because, front beach hotels are too crowded. Here you'll find peace and relaxation. Another good thing is that they provide free shuttle service back and forth from hotel to whitebeach whenever you want to. The pool is good for children they would really enjoy that. All in all, the hotel is good. Some cons: Inadequate light in the room. There is only 1 bathroom in their family room. To think that we are 8 in the room, it really takes a long time for all of us too finish using the bath room.

This is a hotel not in the beach, that is good, so it is quiet. Walking distance to the beach (4 min); to supermarket (2)..to get jeepneys to go different location and also tricycle.the staff was very helpful.The room was clean with cold water.Air con functioning properly. activities as scuba diving for any one shown at front office.

the hotel is not by the beach, but its good that they offer 24/7 free shuttle service to and from white beach. shuttle service is prompt. i really prefer this more private place rather than staying in the chaotic area of white beach. they staff is very friendly and accomodating, and they cook good food.

Basic, good location”
It is a nice place but not on the beach. A short walk will get you to the beach. Small room and TV but you are not there for TV. Staff is helpful and nice. Owner is always around and very nice man. Overall worth the money to stay.

Nice hotel with good service”
i find this hotel good considering the price we paid. it's great value for money. hotel interiors are nicely done and very cozy. rooms are big though the tv is very outdated and small. bathroom fixtures are in good condition but water pressure is a little weak. one feature i really like is the free shuttle to and from the beach anytime. since this is not a beachfront hotel, i think that's a good deal to get. i was not able to try their food though cause we opted to eat at other restaurants

Nice place for the money”
The owner and staff were most accommodating. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. White Beach is about a 8-10mins walk and is a beautiful beach. We visited during the off season and got caught in a typhoon. Had too book back in the resort for 2 more days and the honored our original pricing. We will be back !

Aside from the beach, the hotel is also near to beautiful place, tamaraw falls and aninuan falls, night life is so alive! the staffs are all friendly, 24hrs free shuttle. gonna go back there soon...

location is a bit far from the beach but the facilities makes up for it. there is a pool and the rooms are big, we stayed in a 8 pax room then downgraded to 6 pax room. booth rooms are excellent. wide space, and clean. staffs are good. had a great stay.

Our Romantic stay at the Hollywood ”
Lovely friendly Hotel been several times would go again hope to re-visit with my family in August I do hope by then such things as the TVs are updated and the WI-FI while this is indeed a lovely resort to stay on it could do with a refresh on the rooms and facilities but hey this is the Philipinnes and as that goes its a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel in Puerto Galera”
Our stay was comfortable. Wifi in our room is difficult. Even though room looks okay; it looks aged. It needs to be refreshed with regards to its look/design. As for the lobby, design looks great. There was a pool but we weren't able to try it. Overall, it's a nice play to stay in Puerto even though it's not at the beachfront.
