Charges is different from booking and when we ask for breakdown. We have to agree to the terms before it can be provided and thereafter, we cannot debate on the variance. Staff avoided the issue when being approaced on the situation. Bed is not comfortable, hygiene in the toilet is poor. No floor mat and no hangers provided. Even breakfast was served late which was suppose to be 8am sharp. Thin bedroom wall, could hear people talking from outside. Would recommend not to choose this hotel. Do note parking charges is USD 20/night.

Good location is the only thing going for this hotel. Recently renovated, but very poorly. Room 201 has no smoke alarm, there is just a hole in the wall and the windows facing the street do not lock, the locks have been removed. Very thin walls. Poor bedding, three really old pillows and a thin blanket as a doona. Channels won't change on remote, you have to type in channel numbers. Homeless people run through hotel at all hours as neither doors front or back are locked at any time. Half way through our booking they packed up our possessions and stated that had seized them as we hadn't paid for all the nights (prepaid already via Agoda) then forced us to pay for the final night via my credit card. As I did pay Agoda and they basically scammed me Agoda are assisting with the refund of my money the hotel charged me, currently 2 weeks post incident and Agoda have had to escalate it to their district manager with no success so far. Do not stay here.

The ambience was beautiful, however, the lighting in the room was dim. One chandeliers had a bulb missing. It looked tacky. The lamp on the nightstand had a dead lightbulb. The other beautuful lamp on the opposite side wasnt even plugged in. The room phone did not work at all; not even to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to report the problems. He politely told me to use the communal facilities. No thank you! This same clerk came to my room and attempted ti fix the problems the best way he knew how. He changed on lightbulb. That was all. Also, the front desk clerk should be held accountable for his frequent absence from the FRONT DESK.

Right next to the hollywood street and station! You can walk everywhere within 10 minutes. Breakfast was not bad though it was simple. Microwave oven was in the room.

Not a bad place at all. Great room, great staff, great location. Only could have been nice to have parking, but you are 1min walking distance from the Kodak Theater 72hr/$15 parking, I might even prefer that to regular parking.
