Excellent location”
A hold for the amount of 50 was placed on my card even if we stayed there for like 1 night. They said it will eventually be given back, not sure when. Good thing I got extra to cover it, it would have been better if this was set to my expectation, prior to check in, imagine if someone didnt have any extra funds for the hold. Thank you! otherwise it was a great stay, great facilities!

it is completely beyond all of our expectations, the aparthotel is only a walking distance to the Holyrood palace and located not far from the all the shops and restaurants. rooms are very clean the tidy, simple but cozy, a must stay place when visit Edinburgh!

What a beautiful apartment with everything you need for a peaceful and restful stay. Staff went out of their way to welcome us and helped us with some delicious Italian food. So central and yet surprisingly quiet at night here, you will enjoy a great night's sleep on their fluffy cloud beds! Fantastic value for families. Amazing. Thank you 👍

This accommodation is a hidden Gem, secluded & quiet central to the city. It’s clean, the little kitchen area is perfect if you wish to eat in, it has a washing machine if you are staying for a few days all in all couldn’t ask for more 😊

Hotel location the best, very close to Tesco Express, restaurants. 1 minute walk to Starbucks which is on Canongate Street close to the Royal Mile, The Chocolatorium, Scottish National Gallery, Palace of Holyrood House, Arthur's Seats. Room very nice, clean, kitchen supplies great, incl. Washing machine and powder, dishwasher and capsules, microwave, oven, kettle. We are very pleased and will return there for sure.

Great accommodation, well presented & practical with small kitche. Some aspects showing wear & tear but this does not detract. Friendly staff. I stayed here a number of years ago and found the location ideal (quiet with little traffic noise). The only issue was trying to locate it - certainly not the easiest place to reach by car!

Good location & Clean. "Breakfast" is a ripoff”
Great location, walking distance from Arthur's seat, Dynamic Earth & high street. Very clean with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc. However, don't opt for breakfast - it's a ripoff - cheese sticks, jam packets, biscuits & bread. Walk a block away to the nearby Sainsbury instead.

Fire/ Smoke Detectors kept going off”
The fire/smoke detector system they have goes off quite easily due to the sensitive design. When people shower and don’t keep the door closed or open the door right after the shower, it goes off. It went off 4 times between 7am and 9am. Would not recommend staying here

good but toilet is not working ”
the room is big and clean, but there is very slow drain in the shower room. we have asked to change to another unit. it was around 11pm when we found out about the problem and we request to change our room. the receptionist not willing to change for us. till Richard came and solve the matter. finally they change another unit for us BUT the toilet having the same problem. the drain is badly clogged. i hope the person in charge will solve this issue for the future guests. other than that, everything is good.

There wasn't any information that I can't pay in cash ! I came and spent an hour outside at 11 pm .I lost money for international calls to get money from my family from Poland ! I DON'T RECOMMEND.

Great Aparthotel and Value for Money”
This aparthotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Waverly Station which is convenient. The room is spacious and there are full kitchen facilities for travelers who wish to cook their meal. Tesco Express is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel which makes buying grocery very convenient. The aparthotel is also close to Holyrood Palace, Arthur Seat, Clayton Hill and St Gilas Cathedral. My only suggestions are to replace the cracked basin in Room 603 and do something to reduce the sound when stepping on the walkway floor. It will be good if the Aparthotel can provide umbrellas to guests during raining time. Overall it is a good aparthotel and I would recommend the aparthotel to travelers, especially for family.

One of my best experience of staying in hotels. Room was clean, warm and all the facilities were available as described. Staff was friendly and responded quickly whenever seeked assistance. Kitchen was well organized and utensils were clean. Location was outstanding right in the centre and approx 7 mins from waverly station. I would definitely recommend.
