1. Please locked all main doors including terrace/veranda door before leaving the house. 2. Please locked all windows before leaving the house. 3. Please plug out/remove all electrical socket if not in use. 4. Do not leave any of your valuable belongings in the house when you leave. Owner/landlord is not liable for any lost stolen items of guest once house key is given. 5. The guest are resposible for keeping their own items secure. The landlord/owner does not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen items. 6. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. 7. Smoking or any other inflammable items is not permitted. 8. Guest must not move or damage any furniture or wall hangings in the house. 9. Guest must not allow any rubbish to build up in the bedrooms and bathrooms. All rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins provided. 10. Please throw your trash properly outside the kitchen, white trash bin is provided. Please separate empty bottles, plastic and cartoon if any from soiled garbage. 11. Guest must keep noise to a minimum and must not do anything that is nuisance to other neighbors. 12. Guest must report any loss of keys immediately to the owner. 13. Guest must take all their personal possessions when they leave the property.
