during the pkp and pendemik issue with covid, i think this resort is suitable for family to take a rest and stay. Everyting was good with with. only this room not prepare with toiletries. Recommend to stay. The environment also good. I will come again if come to kelante. Bereh bohhh

The place have no wifi and quite far in village but quite nice for people who wants to spent time away from hustle & bustle city life .. you can also fishing and bbq .. the staff are nice too just make sure leave a staff that can do receptionists job even after working hours it will ease the customer who book online after working hours. Money value, location and facilities. ”
Have really good value of money, really cheap for a single room with two beds (single and double). Staff also put two more mattress for us. The location is quite far from Kota Bharu city but really near to Pantai Cahaya Bulan and there are lots of food restaurants/stalls located on the beach. The facilities is quite old, the water heater/air conditioner/tv is not really functional but we can use it. The pool is really good for recreational activities and the staff is really friendly. Thank you.

We stayed chalet even we booked standard double though. Receptionists speak English though,others don't speak English. But they tried to help us and treat us kindly and friendly. Facilities are quite old. Swimming pool is not clean ,coz of low season. Room seems ok but we found 4of big cockroaches. hotel is far from Main Street. But you can go to beach like private only 5mins walk. And sometimes some staff bring us to Main Street by car. I am sure if I go again ,I'll stay there again.

A Nice Secluded And Isolated Resort”
Booked this resort coz attracted by the crazy cheap rate for family room that I got below RM100. Where else can get such rate where the room is spacious, the aircond and fan working fine together and big bathroom. Also that got swimming pool and riverside which ideal for fishing. However, it is not advisable to check in late at night coz got no one manned the reception. You only get the room key from the safeguard. At night the resort isn't brightly lit and in total darkness. I have no qualms about this coz I like darkness and ghouls but too bad I didn't stumble any one of em during that night. My room TV was faulty compared other room. I even had to do Lara Croft's tomb raiding act in quest for aircond remote control in other rooms coz my room didn't have any to activate the aircond. Managed to find one finally. In day time, this resort is wonderful for those who seek peace and tranquility but at night, it really quiet and in total darkness. For sure will come back again

Good Environment”
I'm in love with this resort as it was very quiet during my stay and far away from the hectic and crowded area. Good and well maintain landscape. Mossy and poorly managed pool was the only reason why I rated 2 star for the facilities. I'm bringing my kids and they are looking forward for the swimming pool.

My experience here”
When we went there, it was deserted, and we were the only one in the whole resort complex. As a beach side resort, expectedly, it was not brightly lit. By 10 pm, it looks like a setup to a beginning of a horror thriller. So I took my family and left the place. Nevertheless, it is a great setup, if you are going with lots of people, i,e an organisation family day with say 30 families. The rooms are arranged along a running estuaries, a good place for fishing. There are plenty of spaces for activities. You have to bring your own groceries/raw material for food. The nearest restaurant will be 3 km away. There is no in house restaurant. The rooms appeared to have been just repaired. I was informed that they are recovering from damages inflicted by floods, early this year. However the effect of the damages were not apparent at a glance. The staff are friendly but the hotel counter closes at 5 pm leaving only a lone guard to house-keep the whole complex. I guess, you understand why I left.

Amazing place but not used 100%”
We discovered this place to spend a moment of relaxation. We arrive and the hotel seems deserted, our room is not ready ... To wait we decide to go to the beach, but there surprise, the hotel did not use the beautiful beach which is 5 minutes walk from the entrance ... Too bad because on the sand, there are huge pebbles and it is dangerous to venture there ... So we decided to go and enjoy the hotel pool but there too surprise, no deck chair or other facilities ... Someone comes to light the swimming pool and the cleaning system because we are the only ones on the spot! The hotel is located in a beautiful place, magical and seems abandoned, it's a shame because it deserves a refit and especially to be filled! The closest restaurant is a 30-minute walk away but offers a wonderful local life. Jellyfish in the sea though ... We still had a good time.

This is not a resort. No facing to the beach. There is no cafe restaurant in walking distance. We have stayed only 1 night and moved to another chalet which is standing in front of PCB beach with breakfast. Perhaps this hotel is more suitable for family day, company trip etc.

Room Condition is Hardly Acceptable”
The location is good, although the resort titled beach but beach is quite far(cannot reach by walking). Room condition seriously need some improvement. Or at least do some double check before guest check in. We stayed in Blok A. Does not provide toilet paper which I think is quite ridiculous(or maybe the staff forgot to give it to me??). Could not find air-cond control anywhere, have to borrow from other room's guest. Even we turn on the air-cond, it shut down by itself after 30 sec. Tried to reach receptionist at 6pm after we found out all the problem, no people there. Please check your facilities and make sure they are functioning well, that's all.

Air cond remote control to provide for each room. Resort staff come to my room late evening ask for aircond remote control. huuh...just imagine, they wake me up for that!

very comfortable but the only thing is the swimming pool were dirty and based on the staff, they don't have enough staff to manage the swimming pool. a little bit disappointed on it as the kids were very excited when i told them there is a swimming pool.

Located deep inside and its very hard to find the resort. Dont expect the facilities & amenities to be superb, valued for money if you are travelling with large family members and are on budget as the room very spacious. Overall, quite cheap consider it is near to city center.
