Booked a night before my IELTS exam. Walking distance to the testing center. On my way to The Curve, I passed by St Luke's hospital. This place is also walking distance to Uptown Mall. Love the scent of the room when we entered. Air-conditioned living room and bedroom. Toilet with water heater. Free basic toiletries. With clean sheets and bath towels. Complimentary water and 3in1 cofee. Rice cooker and electric kettle available. I just can't find the coffee cups and hair blower. Instructions to check-in to the unit were given on the day of stay for the unit's safety, I guess. Good thing there is available parking slot in the building, with reasonable parking fee. Overall, a nice place to stay! Thank you!

Our time was wasted looking for the property because we were given the wrong address. It would’ve saved us time and effort if the unit owner provided complete details especially if she will not be able to answer our calls and messages. I called her multiple times and it was so frustrating because I couldn’t reach her, and I thought for a moment that I might have been scammed (yes, that’s how it feels when the phone was ringing at the first 2 phone calls and the succeeding calls you made says it’s out of reach). I had to contact Agoda’s customer service (thanks btw to the guard at Alveo who kindly let us use their phone to call Agoda). It was only after then that we got the correct address. Also, since we were not given instructions and full details, I thought the guard on duty at the condo was already informed but he wasn’t. I sent the owner another message asking for the unit number, we had to wait a few minutes again to get the unit number. I hope the service improves.

Unit is beside Grand Hyatt Hotel, near the hospital, short walk to High Street. Good value for money - unit very clean, fast Internet, Netflix was available, and host responded to questions quickly. Would suggest a "welcome booklet" summarizing all instructions and probably to add more pillows in the bedroom.
