          Brilliant Hotel, Very sweet and helping staff, brilliant Location
          The hotel was every bit true to the rating and comments provided by the travellers. Very nice hotel rooms with brilliant location (400 Mtrs from Pun street and 12 Km from Angor wat and about 10Km from Siem Reap Airport). Staff was very sweet and helpful and guided us well in all the ways. Will surely opt this hotel if I return to Cambodia.

          Very pleasant stay
          The hotel was well located, a 10-15min walk to the old market, in a quiet area. All tuk tuk drivers have known the hotel only by name. The room has been very clean and cleaning has been done every day. The staff was adorable, very pleasant and kind. They helped out whenever possible, like organizing a bus ticket, tour etc. To extend the stay for one more night was as well no problem. So I stayed in the end 4 nights and could have stayed longer if my shedule would have allowed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short and long stay.

          Run down and in need of renovation and maintenence
          I arrived late to the hotel, so decided to stay in I was disappointed the TV didn't work, I reported it to reception four times in my four day stay but it wasn't fixed. I ate at the restaurant but had to send the food back because it was cold but when it returned it was a different dish. The aircon took around 4hrs to get the slightest bit cool, nothing was done about that either. The hairdryer in the room didn't work and when I asked to borrow the hotel iron I was told they would bring it to the room then three hours later was told they couldn't find. The hotel needs a good clean up.

          Warm, soulful place
          I really felt like home, garden and swimming pool allowed me to really rest after quite exhausting time while I visited sacred temples. Rooms are also very clean and nicely designed. I was only upset with Agoda, that after confirming the booking of my last night there, they said it was the system error and they asked me to move to the similar hotel, Hollywood Angkor Boutique, which was clean but soulless and depressing with grey colours around.

          Didn't get the room we ordered
          We didn't get the room we ordered the first night. For the second night, we moved to another room which should have been what we ordered (it wasen't). This room was situated on the ground floor and had several insects in it, so we changed room again. The third room was okay (still it wasen't what we ordered). For the mentioned above, we got free breakfasts. Other things worth mentioning: the beds were really stiff and the pool had tons of chloride in it. The staff was polite.

          Very good
          Staff are nice just a little issue when we ate our lunch as she misunderstood our order and also the packed breakfast they prepare for us on our sunrise tour to Angkor Wat was somehow disappointing , as they was no egg at all , as all we have is croissant / banana / butter and ketchup ? ...anyway over all we can still recommend it if your budget is tight and looking for a nice place to rest .

          The best staff members in all the places I've been to worldwide.
          I went to Siem Reap as a last minute decision for my birthday trip. Worse, it was my first time to travel alone. I had no plans in mind nor any organized tours before I went to Siem Reap. The staff members helped me a lot during my entire stay. Their friendliness made me at home in spite of being alone during my trip. Their suggestions and pieces of advice became substantial in making my vacation memorable. No matter how trivial or significant my concern was, they were always willing to help me out. I've travelled a lot but this place definitely stood out in terms of customer service. The staff members of Home Indochine give wordclass service that may be better than what you may get from expensive hotels.

          Nice hotel
          I like the design of the hotel, making people very comfortable, and there is mini supermarket near to the hotel, it's very convenient for traveling. The hotel can provide the service for renting the tuktuk to traveling in the Angkor. The staffs are very kind. But the food doesn't suit our taste, we had dinner in the hotel in the first day we arrived. We don't like it.
