Great Unit with Nice Scenery ”
Nice corner unit lot, with 4 double beds in the house. Nice scenery from the unit balcony. However some of the pillows in the living room look gross, with dirty surface. The sofa bed was hard, not really good for sleep. Overall experience is good, just the location was a little bit too far from the middle of Genting town. The way to the apartment is under construction and there are many lorries driving around there, must be careful when driving to the house.

Toilet floor too slippery”
Overall it is ok but toilet floor is too slippery due to the tiles matter. Need to be more careful especially for the elders. Self check in. Guard there is helpful The futton is smelly and a bit tough to sleep Owner have provide an extra single bed in the living room

Quite clean and the staff were quite responsive. Lots of constructions around and the roads were full of potholes though leading up to the place.

Air cond water leaking and noisy in middle room, TV is not working (can’t see any TV program all), Remote control for Fan cannot adjust speed, sofa bed not comfortable and noisy (if you use it for bed).

Love the property Home Sweet Home @ 716 Midhill Genting. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out at 1pm. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
