Clean and Location”
Located nearby small town which only took 5 mins walk to run an errands. I love the apartment. So clean and pleasant. There’s an extra mattress given. The apartment is good for family gathering of 8 pax. Will book again.

GOOD: Clean. New bedsheet. Kettle. Hot Shower. Clean Towels. Cleaner really did a good job in cleaning. Hair Dryer. Balcony. Location: 4mins to Genting Premium Outlet. 14 mins to Genting Highland. Next to eatery/7eleven/Marts and Petrol station. Closeby to Strawberry & Bee farm. BAD: Self-checked in at 3.13pm, went to the apartment and it was messy. The apartment was not ready at all. There has been a miscommunication between cleaner and owner. Then the owner let us rest in another clean unit at another floor. We rest for 2 hours and cleaner said the apartment is now ready. Tip: If you drive to nearby town, you will need to make a 7mins detour to get back to the Apartment. It is best if you walk.

The corridor to the unit was smelly, probably because of the disposal room was unclosed & nearby, the fridge is smelly & uncleaned too, obviously the cleaner never care to clean the fridge, there was some meat residual in the freezer tray, microwave oven also not clean, the trays are very oily. The host should make sure the cleaners properly do their job, few mugs also very dirty, there even a lipstick residual on the mug.. very disgusting. The condo's facility is very limited, nothing much except the swimming pool & jacuzzi. Beds are comfortable, great WI-Fi, location is convenient too, many eateries nearby & easy access to Gohtong Jaya & the Genting Premiere Outlet, 10 minutes drive to the casino.

Very very noisy”
Apartment is right by the main road. If you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice. Overwhelming cooking smell as soon as we entered! Kitchen could have been cleaned and degreased more thoroughly. Jenny was easily contactable and accepted my complaints. Hope the unit improves

The apartment is very run down. The locks on the doors to the bathrooms were broken with the one in the ensuite automatically locking whenever the door is shut. My elderly mum was locked inside and it took us a while to guide her to let herself out. Also the plaster ceiling in the bathrooms were peeling and there were moulds on the grouts. The bathrooms conditions were really bad. Also the sofa were in very bad and dirt state. There’s stains on the cushions. There were also a lot of ants around in the kitchen and bathrooms. Need improvement on the cleanliness.
