Nice hotel with a wonderful swimming pool”

swimming pool and wonderful silent place

The hotel is not easy to reach if you don't have a car. We went there by car, so it was a very nice location and easy to reach! The rooms had a soft bed, a very good aircon and all of them - we had 3 rooms - were very clean. The swimming pool is very nice, clean and not crowded. The hotel is good to stay if you make excursions to the mountains around that area! It is a very safe location outside of the city! The staff was very friendly. If I will come back to that area I will surely sleep there again!

Good hotel with a very helpful staff”

Quiet hotel with a big swimming pool

the hotel is located in a soi about 3 km north of phetchabun city, not so easy to get around. however, the manager was very helpful, and also showed us around in the region in her private car. so we had 4 pleasant days and enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel, nice pool - front desk staff could be more friendly”

Clean room - great food - friendly waiter. My kids loved the pool although it could use more chlorine - a bit murky. Front desk evening staff charged us 20 baht each for two extra pillows - was a bit abrasive as well. Why not just charge 40 baht more for the room? The cost wasn't the issue, the delivery of the policy needed work - I've never been charged for extra pillows at any guest house or hotel. The front desk was also taken aback when I asked for extra towels for my two young kids who had been swimming - seems like a typical request? Could use a refresher on customer service. Other wise it was a very convenient location for visiting the in laws in Phetchabun. Try the morning glory salad - yum!

Quite place for travelers with own transportation”

    Quite, Clean, Nice Pool

I´m staying at Homeland Resort every time I´m passing Phetchabun. Nothing special but nothing wrong. It’s quite, reasonable clean and has a great pool. The local food is not too bad as well, if you aren´t up for a trip in the city. Travelers need their own transportation though…

    Nice Budget Hotel Ideal ”

Swimming Pool, Clean, Mordern, Fantastic Value for money, Nice Staff

Really pleased when we arrived at Homeland Resort. We was greeted with a smile and checked in really quickly and given our keys to our rooms. There was 4 of us (two couples) and couldn't believe that for 500 Baht (about a tenner in sterling per room) that was the price for what we was looking at, outstanding value for money. Nice big swimming pool, really clean spacious rooms. Modern looking and nice and quiet and relaxing. Im not one for moaning about little pathetic things like some folk, like there was no soap oh my oh gosh we couldn't get over that it and it ruined our stay so there is no complaints from us, nothing that's worth complaining about unless your a typical moaning person that's never satisfied with anything. If your looking for somewhere to stay in Phetchabun and you have transport as it's a little drive outside of the town then we thoroughly recommended Homeland Resort.

    Goog Hotel”

    Price of the room

Good hotel to stay. But this is far from the hilly area of Phetchabun. You can visit the national forests and some water falls from here. Climate is not cold even in January. Whereas hilly areas of phetchabun are much colder than this area. There is nothing near the hotel. It’s a residential area. Food is ok. We took only breakfast and dinner at this hotel. Within 4km there are Tesco and Big C. Overall it’s a very good economical hotel.

A little gem, known only by Thais...”

Cheap, full comfort accomodation with all the facilities of a 3 star hotel

I chose this hotel because it was a hotel I was planning as a midway point on a route from Bangkok to Mae Sot via Lom Sak and Phitsanulok. I was completely taken aback by the level of comfort and the nice setting. The motel is situated in the middle of nowhere, in a little quiet "Moo Baan" (suburb), but if you are driving, it is an excellent point to stop by and take a rest for the night. They had all the facilities of a 3 star hotel, for the price of a guest house. The staff was extremely kind, and for the price, this cannot be beaten in terms of convenience and ease. The rooms are spacious, and although you cannot ask for complete luxury, they are quite pleasant and restful (an excellent bed, BTW). There is even a pool over there, so, you could really have a totally incredible experience at a ridiculous price given the comfort of the hotel.

    Good moderate quality hotel”

Great pool, dining outside by pool, good price

We were using this hotel as a transit overnight stop en-route from Nongkhai to Kanchanaburi. It's location is outside Petchebun and about 1km off the main road but was surprisingly pleasant, great value for money. The pool area was very lovely, dining there for dinner and breakfast was very relaxing.

    Friendly services as family. ”

New and clean room, with lovely decoration.

after we'er confirmed our reservation, it was quickly accepted our arriving, without questions. good parking and it was easy going on selfhelped services. the hotel's restaurant was reasonable price and food were also good taste. the location is near town and easy to find and easy to go every where. it's seem like staying at home. swimming pool is also ok. except, the time of the swimming is rather limit for us(from 9.00-21.00). on the day we were there, it was full with the swimming pool's membership, we had no chance to swim.

Clean room with great pool view

Room is very clean and comfortable, with a great pool view. For the price that I paid, I have no complaint at all. Great value for money. While the hotel is outside the town, it is well located for day trip to Khao Kho provided that you have your own trasport.

    Swimming Pool and price

this was truly a great place to relax. escaping the flooding in bangkok we came here and enjoyed our time swimming and hanging out around the pool. the rooms are nothing special but we were more than happy with them. the staff were very nice and the food was also good. the town has a little night area around a canal and we enjoyed visiting there as well. the hotel can be a little hard to find. just past the rajaphat university down a soi. the hotel has its poster right at the soi entrance.
