The check in and out process is easy. Unit owner is nice and responsive. The deposit refund process is fast. However, the room's cleanliness has to be improved, there were ants and insects inside the unit. It is not very well maintained inside the unit, a lot of wear & tear. And the electricity tripped after turning on the water heater.
