If such activity is suspected, the management will notify the police and ask guests to leave the property, without a refund. 2) It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. 3) Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. 4) No pets of any kind allowed on the apartment. A RM300.00 cleaning fee will be accessed. Plus guest must remove pet from property immediately upon request. 5) No barbecues or charcoal grills are allowed in the apartment. 6) Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after midnight. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM. to 7:00 AM. 7) Children must be under supervision at all times and shall not be allowed to play in the passageways. 8) The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. 9) When leaving the apartment, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the television, close windows, take out the garbage and return the apartment key when Check-out. Lost keys will be charged at RM100. 10)Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. 11) Apartment doors must be kept closed at all times. The management is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in the apartment. 12) Bath towel is not provided due to personal hygiene reason.

A great place for family staycation”

Cebtralised water heater. Thank god!! Clean and nice room. All facilities are fully equipped. Parking are available. Block A is a bit quiet compared to other blocks. Near to Pasar Malam. Near to eateries..afiq roy restaurant sells quite good food. Clean beds. If want extra sandals..can bring own. Owner already provide a few pairs at the unit. The lights have to be click twice to change its brightness. I personally love the sink outside the toilet. Will surely repeat this homestay next time.

Golden Hills is known as the pasar malam area in Cameron Highlands. Unfortunately we did not get the pasar malam experience due to the days that we stayed there. Since there was no pasar malam during our stay, the place seemed a bit dead. The area is quite new with only few shops open. However, the apt was nice with 2 rooms, wifi, tv, kitchen utensils, and extra mattresses.
