Hotel have good decoration, spacious. Need to improve checkin time (customers must wait 2hrs to checkin while Agoda checkin time is after 12PM), staff shoul be friendly and polite to guide customers.

I booked my wanted room early (weeks before my arrival) on Agoda. Then go to check-in, receptionist said that they didn't receive any bookings and tell me to stay in a random available room (not the room that i booked). The room is only acceptable, very poor old furniture and have to pay for water.

There is a condom at the bed corner, and some bugs in bungalow room. The owner explained to me that : "The reason is you chose the cheap room". It's really nice of the owner that let me change to another room with an extra fee. The caffe is not too bad, I'll come for it. But I never stay at that homestay anymore

ĐẸP-SẠCH SẼ-GẦN SÂN BAY”
Vị trí: - Gần sân bay, đi taxi mất khoảng 35k từ homestay ra sân bay Liên Khương. - Đường vào hẻm ban đầu gây cảm giác hoang mang tẹo nhưng khi vô trong rồi thì quá bất ngờ vì chỗ đậu xe oto rất rộng rãi. - Chủ homestay rất biết cách tận dụng view thác Liên Khương để thiết kế tích hợp quán cafe và homestay bao xung quanh cảnh thác. Buổi sáng hay chiều ra ngắm cảnh rất đẹp và chill. Phòng ở: Đồ dùng trong phòng khá cũ, tuy nhiên vẫn đáp ứng các yêu cầu về tiện nghi cơ bản, quan trọng là phòng sạch sẽ, thơm tho và hệ thống nước nóng ổn định với mình như vậy là đủ. Ăn chơi: Homestay tích hợp quán cafe, nước uống ngon, giá nước trung bình từ 30k-40k, thêm một ít đồ ăn vặt như cá viên chiên, bánh tráng trộn, mỳ tôm, bánh mỳ ốp la,... Quán cafe rất rất rộng, buổi tối lên đèn chill chill thêm cái gió lạnh giật đùng đùng, ngồi nhấm nháp đồ ăn vặt rất ư là thú dị. Nhưng cảnh sắc bên ngoài thì tối om nha không có đèn đóm gì mà ngắm đâu ah ;)) Đi xuống tầm 100m có nhà hàng/quán nhậu (cũng thuộc homestay) khá rộng rãi. Mình ăn thử 01 bữa tối (cơm chiên và canh cải) thấy đồ ăn ổn, giá hơi cao xíu. Riêng hồ bơi thì lúc đầy lúc vơi tùy theo thời tiết. Các bạn cũng không nên trông chờ gì nhiều nha ;)) Nói chung đọc review thấy đa phần các bạn nước ngoài chê dữ quá ban đầu cũng rén, nhưng vẫn lì book thử =)). Với mình homestay này chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại vì thực sự rất đang yêu và dịch vụ tốt.

Mình đã có một chuyến nghỉ ở đây khá tốt nếu không phát sinh ra sự việc nhân viên chưa trung thực trong vấn đề khách quên đồ. Mình đã liên lạc nhiều lần nhưng cuối cùng ks vẫn không liên lạc lại. Mình mong bên ks xem xét lại nhân viên để những khách khác sẽ không có những trải nghiệm không đáng có như mình.
