Best in the West ”
I arrived late as of 2:30 am I know it was past check-in but the owner was more than happy to check me in i would definitely recommend this place as it felt like home and the Zoo was only an 8 minute drive from hear the shops were only a 2 minute drive same with the old Dubbo Jail witch i highly recommended you visit and the Zoo after a good meal I wouldn't go past hogs breath Cafe witch was only 2 minutes drive from the motel

Lovely motel for a great price!”
We were expecting just another shabby motel with a few beds and a bath, but we were surprised to find a comfortable 2 bedroom place with a kitchenette (minus the stove). Staff were friendly and it was in a great location!

Very average motel in Dubbo”
I stayed one night at the Homestead Motel. It is situated on a main highway; despite this, the room was relatively quiet. The room was a bit shabby, although very clean. We did not eat at the motel, so cannot comment on food.

Disgruntled customer”
I was very disappointed in our stay at the Homestead Motel. There was no restaurant as advertised, no free WiFI as advertised, any other motel we stayed at had the passwords either in a place where we could see them or we were told where they were. The only milk was 4 small UHT sachets, only 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea bags, no biscuits to have with coffee,(even the budjet motel we stayed at gave us plenty of milk, biscuits and beverage sachets.The only clock in the room must have had a flat battery as it was not working. The room was clean, good shower, clean linen etc. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Convenient location”
Peaceful and convenient with the provision of a kitcheette including microwave oven, electric kettle refrigerator and provision of tea and coffee supplies being appreciated. We enjoyed a walk to the CBD area as the motel is well located and close to the CBD and multiple restauramts. Secure convenient parking adjacent to the room.

Great hotel”
A great place to stay for a night stop over is one of the best I have used during my travel from Melb to bris it would be nice if all hotels were this easy with wifi to use at no charge, I will be trying the retraunt next time and look forward to staying there again. it is family friendly and remote from the main road with a nice pool facitily.

Good budget hotel”
this is a nice old hotel that has been well kept. the owners are accommodating and friendly - they didn't mind waking up at 1am to let me check in. the rooms are spacious and each has a microwave (making cheap, easy meals a breeze), but the walls are paper thin. during holidays and on the weekends it can be a bit noisy... it's also a good location. on the main street on the good side of town with plenty of parking too. it has a pool for the warmer months.

Quick Stop In”
It was clean and well enough presented but the queen bed was tragic and visibly sagging to the naked eye so my partner and I chose to sleep on the singles. Beds need upgrading! Otherwise a bit run down but I thought good value for money for the low rate we paid.
