DISASTER ”
We didn’t even stay there. Went to room and it was disgusting. Notified front desk and handed key back in and was told I would be getting a refund. Four days later the GM said the only people they don’t refund is anyone that goes through Agoda. Go figure.

Cheap but ver dirty ”
My wife and I were looking for a cheap place for a quick weekend getaway. This place seemed to fit the bill. But as soon as we arrived, we were in shock at how dirty the place was. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The fridge door had rust all over. There was mold all over the window sill. And the hallway had an awful stench.

The staff was sweet and accommodating. They were at 90% capacity and she still managed to give me a room at the end of the hotel away from other guests. The service made up for the lack of fanciness. Not to mention, the room was only $40 per night.

Need maintenance of hallway floors, elevator floor, and carpet cleaned. But, for the price, I am not expecting a chocolate on my pillow and towels folded as swans! Would be nice if the kitchen was supplied with cooking and eating materials. However, with theft, I understand. So make it a "leave an ID at the desk, use the items; bring back to the desk, pick up your ID. Bed was pretty hard but acceptable. At least I didn't have to take a running leap to get on a 15" plush pillowtop! Also no continental breakfast; but hey there is coffee. Who needs a pot in their room anyway. Or a blow dryer. I think they are smart for elimating the 400 pots and dryers. A place to sleep and shower. NO BUGS OF ANY KIND. And you are not in prison-like conditions - you can actually open a window! Heat/ac worked too. No shower/bath issues.

The outlets didn't work in the bathroom. The smoke detector was set off by one of the creapy tenants at 1 a.m. It took 2 hours before somebody contacted the fire department to have it turned off. I was told this had happened before. The drains were plugged and wouldn't drain. Very unsanitary conditions.

Was unable to get into the room with our keycard the first two times due to either the incompetence of the staff or the equipment the staff is obviously having to work with. The room was clean, but definitely did not have most things other hotels offer, like plastic cups or waters or anything that would be convenient to have (especially since they brag about having a full kitchenette). The bed is absolutely horrible—springy and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the room stays cold and the sheets were clean.

Weekend GetAway to Visit Family”
This was a great place to stay. We got a good night's rest and had clean bathroom facilities. There is small galley kitchen with a full size refrigerator and two burner stove. The room did not come with shampoo/conditioner or a hair dryer (although the front desk had a hair dryer that could be borrowed).

Nice hotel but not so great service”
Hotel is decent and location is ok. Need to improve a bit on service. They provide service once a week and if you are not available, then it moves by another week. They should come up and provide service next day. This needs to be improved. Facilities are nothing ..no gym, pool etc.
