Although the room was small but well equipped, excellent location a minute away from MTR Station, overall, everything is good and staff still able to maintain friendly and professional manners at this hard time in Hong Kong, also they do respect guest privacy a lot which make guest feel ease like staying at home, price wise l think it's pretty reasonable at the moment, anyway, it is an excellent budget hotel , would recommended to all travellers or even local for long staying.

Been staying in deluxe double room for nearly a month now, nothing to complain. Room is huge for a single person like me or couples. Bed is huge and film comfy and linen is white and clean. Quiet place, useful desk, heaps of power sockets and good WiFi for me to work. Super helpful and friendly staffs, security guard and cleaner! They tried to help as much as they can, I’m really appreciated! Definitely come back again for my next visit!

Near Sheung Wan MTR. Starbucks, 711, McD and alot of eateries nearby. Perfect location. Wifi is good. Has a small desk for work. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is fine. Coffee and tea packets provided. Slippers and toothbrushes too. If you need a place to shower and sleep. This is a new Frills place to stay. Have everything you need. I didnt have a window and there isnt a mini fridge. But they offer more compared to others. Slight annoyance like when someone uses the water, you can hear the water heater turn on. Walls are thin so can hear the neighbors. I'll be back.

It was the second use for me. The staff is a modest customer service. Convenient location with many restaurants around. Only 1 minute from MTR station. Rooms are clean but amenities are only minimal. Overall, this hotel has excellent value for money.
